The community features are pretty amazing for supporting peer learning from multiple angles. Combining channels, learning plans and the Discover, Coach & Share tools lets us build highly effective learning journeys.
Cons

It's been great watching the Education Services team easily build and maintain personalized learning experiences for customers. The admin tools are intuitive, anyone can build pages and update courses without trouble. Even onboarding new admins is smooth, thanks to excellent resources like the Docebo Community and Knowledgebase.
Cons
Managing certifications has been a challenge for our organization. We have needed help from our customer success manager with deadlines, renewals and archiving old enrollments.

There are so many features available and even if something is not built-in, you can usually find a clever workaround. Recently Docebo has focused more on refining existing functions which I feel is a great direction.
Cons
The customer support team responds quickly but the quality is not always the best. I have often found that they don't have a deep knowledge of the platform.

Cons
The notification system is flexible but gets hard to manage once we have more than a few active alerts. So tracking each one becomes a bit of a chore.

The system meets almost all of our diverse learning and development needs, both for internal staff and external partners. The support from our account manager and the customer education team is also superb.
Cons
umm it generally meets our needs but it would be helpful to set up admin accounts with built-in guidance. A persistent tutorial for new admins, with pop-up hints would ensure consistency, especially for those who struggle to find documentation on their own.

Thanks to Docebo, we've been able to standardize training across the board for employees and customers. Moving most of it to self-paced courses has dramatically expanded our reach and really cut down on the resources we used to spend on live sessions and travel.

Branches feature was the perfect solution, allowing us to merge external and internal training from several different systems into one central LMS while still fully customizing access and content for each department.
Cons
Like other LMS platforms I have used, the reporting feature is not customizable enough. We still have to export raw data to another program to build the reports we need.

Pros
The interface is clean and user-friendly for both users and admins though it's missing some features that seem like they'd be easy to add. The data categorization is also excellent and the reporting tools are very powerful.
Cons
It has many frustrating limitations that seem to me only make the experience worse and harder to use. It is a shame as these issues really hold software back from being as great as it could be.
