Pros

They really listen to client feedback, adapt their platform based on our needs and provide the options we require to succeed.

Cons

Just a heads-up, going through a third-party provider has some limitations. You don't get access to all the features that you would if you purchased it directly from the source.

Pros

Our team appreciates the user-friendly platform that lets us build custom learning plans and keep all our training resources centralized in one spot.

Cons

We would love to see better tools for editing and searching through sent newsletters, plus some significant upgrades to the overall mobile app experience.

Amazing community features for learning

Pros

The community features are pretty amazing for supporting peer learning from multiple angles. Combining channels, learning plans and the Discover, Coach & Share tools lets us build highly effective learning journeys.

Cons

Making quick tweaks to the platform can be difficult which is somewhat we expected for a large company but still frustrating.

excellent for creating learning

Pros

It's been great watching the Education Services team easily build and maintain personalized learning experiences for customers. The admin tools are intuitive, anyone can build pages and update courses without trouble. Even onboarding new admins is smooth, thanks to excellent resources like the Docebo Community and Knowledgebase.

Cons

Managing certifications has been a challenge for our organization. We have needed help from our customer success manager with deadlines, renewals and archiving old enrollments.

So many features available

Pros

There are so many features available and even if something is not built-in, you can usually find a clever workaround. Recently Docebo has focused more on refining existing functions which I feel is a great direction.

Cons

The customer support team responds quickly but the quality is not always the best. I have often found that they don't have a deep knowledge of the platform.

Very user-friendly and highly customizable

Pros

This is a very user-friendly LMS that prioritizes customizability and design. Unlike other systems, Docebo provides the tools to create engaging pages, courses and learning plans focused on the user experience, rather than just being a checklist system.

Cons

The notification system is flexible but gets hard to manage once we have more than a few active alerts. So tracking each one becomes a bit of a chore.

Flexible and runs reliably

It gives us the flexibility we need for how we deliver training and it runs rock-solid without constant bugs or crashes. That reliability is crucial for us

Meets almost all our needs

Pros

The system meets almost all of our diverse learning and development needs, both for internal staff and external partners. The support from our account manager and the customer education team is also superb.

Cons

umm it generally meets our needs but it would be helpful to set up admin accounts with built-in guidance. A persistent tutorial for new admins, with pop-up hints would ensure consistency, especially for those who struggle to find documentation on their own.

An excellent and simple platform!!

Pros

This is an excellent learning platform with a simple interface. The way the information is presented makes learning effective and fun. I use it for all my training and find it incredibly easy.

Cons

Though the interface is user-friendly but I feel like it would be more convenient if all lessons were accessible directly from the main dashboard after logging in.

Key for standardizing our training

Pros

Thanks to Docebo, we've been able to standardize training across the board for employees and customers. Moving most of it to self-paced courses has dramatically expanded our reach and really cut down on the resources we used to spend on live sessions and travel.

Cons

Nothing much to share as the reporting tools, My Team features, gamification and e-commerce integrations are all excellent.

the perfect hub for training

Pros

Branches feature was the perfect solution, allowing us to merge external and internal training from several different systems into one central LMS while still fully customizing access and content for each department.

Cons

Like other LMS platforms I have used, the reporting feature is not customizable enough. We still have to export raw data to another program to build the reports we need.

Simple setup and maintenance

Pros

Setup and maintenance are mostly simple. It is also easy to get our program managers started with creating courses, maintaining them and supporting users.

Cons

Well the inability to create formal course applications is a limitation and I feel like having more reporting options would be very helpful.

Clean interface!

Pros

The interface is clean and user-friendly for both users and admins though it's missing some features that seem like they'd be easy to add. The data categorization is also excellent and the reporting tools are very powerful.

Cons

It has many frustrating limitations that seem to me only make the experience worse and harder to use. It is a shame as these issues really hold software back from being as great as it could be.
