“Outstanding support

Pros

Docebo LMS implementation team provided outstanding support. We can manage three separate training programs such as for customers, partners and internal staff all on one platform and the admin interface is very user friendly.

Cons

We would like better version control for materials in the Central Repository, a complete history of exam scores and more effective learning plan features.

“Simple to use with amazing support

Pros

Once you learn the basics of the LMS, it becomes very simple to use. Navigating course and learning plan settings is easy and the technical customer support is simply amazing. Also there are great options for creating an optional course library and it is easy to build pages, courses, learning plans and catalogs.

Cons

There is a lack of customization for different pages and some basic features you'd expect are missing. You really need to understand API and SAML to get the most out of the system.

I like the platform as it is stable and simple to use for daily tasks.

I feel like there is always room for improvement as the reporting function for example is quite weak.

this tool offers a lot of features and flexibility. We use the Discover, Coach and Share packages and the Extended Enterprise option. After a slow start, we successfully migrated 70 clients and over 5,000 content pieces to the system. Plus the multi-language support for our 10 languages is another great benefit for our global expansion.

Cons

After three years of use, my main frustration is their preference for a la carte pricing on services instead of bundling them. This makes it difficult to justify the costs to our leadership team as the add-ons keep increasing the total price.

It is great that users can share their own content, as our most popular training materials come from within the company. The platform is ideal for capturing and encouraging this internal knowledge sharing and I find it really easy to customize the experience for different audiences.

I think it would be great if formal courses and informal, user-shared content could connect more seamlessly. It is not a deal-breaker but it would save me from having to manage two separate content libraries.

Features like quizzes and forums foster collaboration making it a valuable tool for any organization's learning initiatives.

The main drawbacks I noticed are the pricing, the limits on customization and the overall complexity.

There have been minimal issues. Utilizing the platform along with its content bundle, I did not anticipate the need to individually import each piece of content and then place it into a course shell for user access.

When I work on content creation for courses and notifications, I find the basic HTML page to be quite challenging. The viewing experience doesn't have the modern look that other third-party tools provide. I also feel that the notification customization options are limited and there's no way for me to preview or experiment with them.
