“perfect balance of simplicity and power
Pros
What's remarkable is how it balances simplicity with depth. We found it very easy to get comfortable with and it immediately proved to be a powerful and effective tool for our needs.
Cons
The platform covers most of our needs well, though we occasionally run into a feature that lacks the depth we need, requiring us to use a separate tool for specific tasks

“Effortless to manage
Pros
You don't need to be a tech person to run this system. It's so easy to handle that anyone on our team can jump in and manage it without any special training.
Cons
Some updates we really need can take a long time to arrive. For example, our managers desperately need a better dashboard to track overdue training. It's a major pain point for us, but it might not be high on the fix-it list for the developers.

“Highly customizable and outstanding support
Pros
We found Docebo to be highly customizable in both its appearance and functionality. It let us customize the learning experience to match our brand and internal processes. The automation and API options save our admins a lot of time and accessing instructor-led training sessions is easy for learners, even on their phones. The support team is also outstanding as they are responsive, friendly and great at solving complex issues.
Cons
Managing Instructor-Led Training (ILT) still has some admin limitations. There is no built-in automation for session-level enrollments and the instructor role permissions are too broad. We have built custom workarounds but having these as standard features would save us a significant amount of admin time.

Pros
This is a powerful LMS built to deliver and grow modern training programs across different fields. Its user friendly interface supports various content types and customizable learning paths. Also Docebo has helped us transition our company's training into an e-learning format which streamlined accountability and digitized our completion records across all departments.

It is very easy for admins with minimal technical know-how to manage. The academy is also a big help for getting started. Also being able to use it for both internal staff and external customers is a major plus.

Pros
The customer service experience is excellent as the support agents are very helpful. The knowledge base is well-stocked with courses and articles and I like the user community for peer learning as it is also a great resource.
Cons
We've run into a few limitations that are creating some extra work for our team. For example we can't properly archive old courses, we can only set them to 'maintenance mode,' which isn't really a long-term solution. We'd also love more detailed permission levels so we can safely delegate tasks without making everyone a super-admin. And on the design side it would be great to have more modern templates and widgets instead of relying on HTML tweaks

“Powerful and scalable partner!
Pros
It is a very powerful LMS that can customize, scale and grow with our company. The feature set and steady stream of new releases have really impressed us, allowing us to align our L&D strategy with the platform. Three features that stand out to me are, it lets us customize the platform for diverse learning needs, easily supports growth across different audiences and regular updates keep it updated with industry trends.
Cons
Our three biggest challenges are the complex and time-consuming initial setup, key features like notifications and certificates needing improvement and the difficulty of advanced customizations without technical skills.

Pros
It consolidates the work of three different programs we used to need. Now I can handle all my client work from a single platform, even sending emails and notifications directly from Docebo. The user community is also a the best resource for getting quick answers and tips whenever I have a question.

“solid yet simple to use
Pros
Docebo is a solid corporate LMS that meets most of our needs for compliance and professional development. The product roadmap is also ambitious and the team actively listens to the user community, rolling out meaningful new features every quarter. Recent additions like batch unenrollment and archiving have been very handy. Also the user community is a friendly space to find solutions and customer support is generally good, sometimes even excellent.
Cons
The notifications feature has few limitations but a new system is coming soon which gives me hope. It's also frustrating that you cannot duplicate items like learning plans and the lack of a proper way to retire a course forces everyone to use workarounds.

“Values meaningful new enhancements
Pros
It is a stable and reliable platform that has earned its place in our long-term plans due to its consistent, meaningful enhancements for both administrators and learners. The administrative support system is a particular strength, with a very helpful and responsive team available through both chat and email, making daily management smooth and efficient.
Cons
Platform's native authoring tool is a significant drawback for our needs, as the newly launched version remains too basic and lacks the efficient, advanced interactive options essential for our global rollout. While the "Salesforce-like" model of using premium partners for custom development is a valuable resource, it does not fully compensate for the absence of these powerful, built-in core features, creating a gap in our content creation workflow.
