perfect balance of simplicity and power

Pros

What's remarkable is how it balances simplicity with depth. We found it very easy to get comfortable with and it immediately proved to be a powerful and effective tool for our needs.

Cons

The platform covers most of our needs well, though we occasionally run into a feature that lacks the depth we need, requiring us to use a separate tool for specific tasks

Effortless to manage

Pros

You don't need to be a tech person to run this system. It's so easy to handle that anyone on our team can jump in and manage it without any special training.

Cons

Some updates we really need can take a long time to arrive. For example, our managers desperately need a better dashboard to track overdue training. It's a major pain point for us, but it might not be high on the fix-it list for the developers.

Easy for admins to manage

Pros

It is very easy for admins with minimal technical know-how to manage. The academy is also a big help for getting started. Also being able to use it for both internal staff and external customers is a major plus.

Cons

The reporting is not as comprehensive as we'd like, so we often have to generate multiple reports and combine them ourselves to get the full picture.
