Pros
The platform has a clean and modern feel that both internal and external users find easy to navigate. There's ample customization available, but also ready-made features for plug-and-play use. It strikes a perfect balance between customization and out-of-the-box functionality, suitable for all levels of LMS users. Even without a deep technical background, our L&D team found customizing the Docebo UI and ensuring functionality simple enough to manage.
Cons
The only drawback we have encountered is the inability to include a certificate in congratulatory emails after completing a certification Learning Plan. While it is a small inconvenience, considering the functionality Docebo offers, it is manageable.
