This program was immensely beneficial for learning various job aspects. It's easy to use, intuitive, and aids in the learning process. I especially liked being able to access it via a phone app.

Cons

I noticed some glitches initially, like frozen screens or slow loading times. It might have been due to the computer I was using. Overall, the program proved beneficial to me.

Generated files, especially those with many elements, tend to be heavy, leading to slower program responsiveness.

There are some customer service flaws and task checking issues that need addressing. The cost is quite high as well.

Our favorite aspects of Docebo are its ease of customization for courses and content, and its user-friendly interface for end-users. After testing five LMS platforms, Docebo excelled in nearly every aspect.

PowerPoint presentations and accessibility need improvement. An application to automatically create training resource demo files would be beneficial.

Managing LMS professionally is made easy with complete features, regular updates, and convenient data import/export to Excel. Pricing and maintenance are negotiable, with appealing upgrade offers.

Due to different time zones, there is a support gap, and we can not postpone updates as needed.

Despite offering many great features, Docebo has technical bugs that Learning and Support are slow to address, resulting in poor functionality and frustrating user experience.
