Cons
Some of my team members experience glitches with empower, which are usually resolved after contacting the helpful empower staff, but due to our geographic distance, it takes a day to resolve.

Cons
It's a steep learning curve for my busy team, who don't always remember to get the latest version of a slide from the library. A more organized onboarding and training process for teams would be helpful. Also, saving images to the library is laborious.

Cons
It's a steep learning curve for my busy team, who don't always remember to get the latest version of a slide from the library. A more organized onboarding and training process for teams would be helpful. Also, saving images to the library is laborious.
