The user-friendly nature of the software is outstanding. The customer support team is very helpful and continuously making improvements in the field of learning and development. They actively listen to our feedback and take prompt action.
Cons
It would be more convenient if there was an easier way to switch between languages on the front end, rather than having to go back to the home page.
