The core modules offered by the software effectively address a significant gap that we had been struggling with. These modules provide the essential functionality we were missing, allowing us to solve issues that had previously hindered our progress.

Cons

Some of the administrative tasks seem more cumbersome than they should be. I wish there were more integration options with the "Phish Alert" button in Outlook and our junk mail filter, it feels like a missed opportunity. We're using on-prem Exchange, and I've noticed a couple of the courses weren't of the highest quality.
