Pros
The app is easy to use and allows for mobile learning. It also has tracking and reporting features and the ability to make changes quickly. You can create and edit forms and courses in a timely manner. The team enjoys using it and owners find it valuable. Regional managers are able to facilitate their regions better with it. It integrated seamlessly into our business.
Cons
To use programming software effectively, a fast internet connection is necessary. Sometimes forms need to be redone due to glitches and saving errors. It would be helpful if more features were developed, such as bulk editing fields, text formatting, and adding attachments to forms. Additionally, it would be convenient to manage user groups and teams during initial setup.

Pros
Both the administrator and the user can easily use the software without needing wifi to access downloaded content, including videos.
Cons
To improve content organization within tabs, we require an additional folder level. The current amount of content makes it challenging to locate specific items while scrolling.

I find the software to be user-friendly and compatible with mobile devices. Its simple and straightforward design makes it accessible even to novice users.
Cons
The integration between the end user and admin often has glitches. Customer service is aware of these issues but doesnt disclose them to us unless we discover them on our own.

The buttons for multiple choice on forms are closely placed together. When forms are graded, incorrect answers are not highlighted in the completed form link.
