I have to say, the analytics suite for admins is second to none. The level of detail is fantastic. But the feature I probably love the most is the automated report delivery. Setting up scheduled reports for different department heads and company leaders has not only saved me hours of work but also guarantees they're always looking at the latest data.

Cons

Every now and then, the link with our HRIS would glitch out and reset people's account permissions. Sometimes it even locked us out of admin accounts, which meant we always had to be ready to manually restore access.

Pros

It's great having one central hub for all our content. Learners can easily find specific topics and for us admins, building and managing everything is just as simple.

Cons

The initial setup does take some time. There are a lot of sections in the backend to configure before everything is ready to use but that's to be expected.

Pros

Litmos platform lets me complete modules and training efficiently. It is also great that I can go back anytime to review content and refresh my memory. Tracking my progress is simple too as I can see whats finished, what's left to do and my current score percentage as I move through the material.

Cons

Only downside is that system maintenance sometimes happens at an inconvenient time. I once tried to study only to find the platform down for maintenance which was frustrating.

Figuring out Litmos was very simple. I quickly got the hang of the tools, whether I was working in the Admin view or learning as a user.

There is not much to dislike, it was really simple to keep track of my progress in all the classes.

If i have to nitpick i'd say the user experience felt a bit outdated but it didnt really matter to me.

With the Litmos software we were mainly focused on training, achievement tracking and course progress monitoring. During the process we noticed great aspects of the software too. Such as navigating the system is straightforward which allow us to view tasks, complete trainings and scores over time.

I wish I could share custom reports directly with other system users instead of having to export and share them. Also, course creation could be more streamlined. Packaging content into class and course packets is simple, but finding the most effective places to write within different memory blocks is a question. It lacks a built-in spell checker, and the copy window is small.

Like any software, there are some issues. For example, if you copy a module and delete the original, you can't edit the copy. Font and sizing options in the content authoring tool feel somewhat limited. Additionally, manipulating assessments within the authoring tool can be challenging at times.
