With the Litmos software we were mainly focused on training, achievement tracking and course progress monitoring. During the process we noticed great aspects of the software too. Such as navigating the system is straightforward which allow us to view tasks, complete trainings and scores over time.

The virtual accessibility of Litmos is a huge plus for us. Its mobile app fits our budget and the customizable design integrates seamlessly with our company's software which eventually enhance the user experience significantly.

I wish I could share custom reports directly with other system users instead of having to export and share them. Also, course creation could be more streamlined. Packaging content into class and course packets is simple, but finding the most effective places to write within different memory blocks is a question. It lacks a built-in spell checker, and the copy window is small.

I am quite happy with Litmos's features. The features I liked the most are the ease of setting up teams and the content creation tools. Manual bulk uploading for new hires and departures is manageable and the inclusive course library accessible across devices is a huge asset.

Cons

Purchasing SAP Litmos means getting a basic LMS shell, but do not expect it to be fully ready for use. Support heavily relies on watching learning courses, which is not always clear. The "DoJo learning" can help but sometimes leaves functions in limbo.
