Cons
Although we are still in the learning and setup phase of our implementation, Litmos's ability to support content and team structures in several languages seems more like a workaround than a product designed for a multilanguage environment.

It is a decent LMS that tracks SCORM and xAPI compliant content. Plus, it lets you directly send xAPI data to the Litmos database without the hassle of uploading content separately.
Cons
In terms of user experience, it is just alright. From my consulting experience with two companies, neither seemed to prioritize enhancing the UX. Navigating Litmos for troubleshooting courses for a client was not the smoothest experience, especially for newer users. Considering the investment, there are better options available.
