Pros

Used it for paid customer product training with over 1000 users currently. Pricing is reasonable.

Cons

Manual work due to integration gaps and lack of support for a subscription model are notable shortcomings, along with poor responsiveness to extension requests.

It appears easy to use & cost effective but there are too many bugs and terrible customer support

Pros

The learner interface felt clean and quite modern, aligning well with our company's branding. My experience with our sales rep was positive; they proactively engaged with the customer service department to address several major issues I encountered.

Easy to install and operate, but significant shortcomings

Pros

Installing Litmos was a breeze, and getting it up and running was straightforward, thanks to its polished interface.

Cons

The report module was terrible and failed my external auditor's assessment. While Learning Paths are a great concept, you can't set parameters on them like courses, making reporting difficult.

Makes mandatory trainings seem less mandatory

Pros

I found the UI to be modern, with engaging features that kept the training materials interesting, preventing any sense of monotony even in lengthy courses. The quiz feature was straightforward to use and offered valuable feedback and coaching, especially when incorrect answers hindered achieving a passing score.

Cons

I encountered some glitches on Firefox that prevented me from progressing past certain sections. Switching to Chrome resolved the issue, but in this day and age, cross-browser support should be standard.
