Very useful for sharing sales collateral and tools with employees and customers

Pros

Establishing new customer portals and disseminating information to internal sales staff was effortless. Litmos served as an excellent central repository for all our company documentation needs.

Cons

Admins may find it challenging to use; uploading and publishing multiple documents quickly is difficult, and the process is serial. Portal subscriber usage statistics are insufficient.

Lied to in Sale but Easy Implementation

Pros

Most of the support team has been outstanding, consistently going above and beyond to assist. They easily earn a 10 in my book, and I particularly appreciate the user-friendly interface.

Cons

The account executive oversold the product and made promises the LMS could not deliver on. Communication and follow-through were lacking.

It just keeps getting better!

Pros

I found Litmos to be fairly intuitive; it's mostly self-explanatory. Despite minor issues with Flash player and popup blockers, which seem more related to our authoring tool, our experience has been mostly smooth sailing.

Cons

Reporting needs to be more robust, with detailed reports on time spent per module and total learning time, which is currently difficult to provide.

Taking a training on Litmos was easy

Pros

My experience with Litmos for training was incredibly smooth. Distributing trainings to individuals or groups from the training department was seamless, with Litmos keeping track of completion statuses. Its flexibility allowed me to pause mid-training and resume later, which was highly convenient.

Cons

It seemed like the company was not fully utilizing all the features Litmos had to offer. While there are options for customization, navigating them without guidance took time.

Pros

Litmos proved to be a reliable platform for storing training sessions and conducting assessments, supporting various media formats like videos, audios, and PowerPoint presentations.

Cons

Implementation was not smooth; team leaders struggled to watch training sessions before assigning them, and there was no chat support for quick questions. The training session to learn the software was canceled and never rescheduled, leaving us feeling unsupported.

In my 20+ yr experience with eLearning, I have found Litmos to be one of the top 5 LMS, and for the small/medium size business it's just the best.

Pros

It provides support for ILT, SCORM uploads, certificates, GoToTraining, and offers stock courses.

Cons

The only downside is the absence of event resource management, such as managing classroom resources.

I can't say much positive about the product due to terrible customer service experiences. I would not recommend this company based on my interactions.
