The software is easy to learn, set up, and integrate into our current LMS system. We were up and running in no time, and the system is scalable to meet our needs as we continue to expand our platform.

Pros

The ability to provide direct input into our internal LMS is helpful, as is the single sign-on (SSO) feature for employees. Being able to utilize both internally developed and SetSafety courses has been beneficial, and the responsiveness and helpfulness of the customer support team are commendable.

Cons

My feedback includes the inability to embed the software within internal systems. As an administrator of several external systems, I find the user interface unintuitive. The account set-up process often confuses our contractors. Additionally, some courses, like Ground Disturbance and TDG, receive negative feedback due to their poorly digestible content. I need to explore more available courses, but we are finding that creating courses internally allows us to tailor the content to the appropriate level of detail.

Training and certification play a crucial role in our field operations. With multiple workers performing different tasks, it is essential for us to regularly verify various training standards. This software helps us to accomplish that effectively.

Cons

I find it quite time-consuming to develop new course material for uploading and use by workers.
