“knowledge sharing across the team is easy now
Pros
Sharing knowledge across our team is pretty easy with Spekit. Because it integrates with tools we already use, like Microsoft Teams and Salesforce. So employees receive information right where they work. Plus we have organized how we onboard new people which has significantly boosted our overall productivity.
Cons
Getting started with it is not instant as it requires some upfront time for trial runs and configuration. Therefore I would advise companies to plan on dedicating resources to creating instructions and teaching their teams how it works.

Pros
What helps me the most is how Spekit places information exactly where I am working, without any hassle. So instead of searching through endless files or presentations, I receive quick, clear tips while I am in the middle of a task. This saves me time and maintains my focus. Training and support, even engaging become simple and it keeps everyone aligned. Plus it accelerates new hires, unifies the team and improves the daily workflow. And the fact that different teams can adopt it so easily is a major advantage. Overall it genuinely transforms how we learn and share knowledge.
Cons
I really do not have any negatives. My only real thought is that I wish I'd found it sooner since itis such a time-saver. But if I had to mention something, it is that there is a lot packed into it so learning all its features takes a bit but after that initial period, it becomes a huge help.

I love that I can get an answer to pretty much whatever I ask.
Cons
Till now I have not managed to create a resource for the information I need most often. There are also times when it just does not pull up an answer for me.

The Spekit AI is my daily go to because it is both fast and reliable.
Cons
However the search function is not great for very niche or detailed topics. As most of the time, when I type in something precise, I do not receive any useful results back.

Pros
Spekit platform is so user friendly and fits perfectly with the tools we already use making on the spot learning really effective. Also getting guidance right inside an app, exactly when it is needed, has cut down training time a lot and helped our team get more done. We can also build and share customized content so everyone has the latest, most useful info right at hand.
Cons
There is nothing I dislike but one suggestion is that the mobile application might become easier to navigate if it were improved.

This is a fantastic automation resource. And I love that it can connect to whatever webpage I am on which means there is no need to log into a separate system because everything I need is right there.
Cons
A few particular tools need development work and are not ready to use right away but the account management team is excellent at helping get those set up when needed.

With it linked into our CRM and email delivering the right content to the right person at the perfect moment has never been simpler.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that the platform does not currently support video content or articles from blogs.

“Makes a huge difference once connected
Pros
I am not the one building the content in Spekit so I don't know firsthand how simple that is to do but judging by how fast we see updates, it must be pretty easy. So once this gets connected to more parts of our business, I believe it's going to make a huge difference.
Cons
Honestly I have not used it enough to identify a downside yet. But so far the hardest part has been encouraging widespread adoption and getting people at the company to actually use it.

This tool has really helped us organize and deliver information to our team members exactly when they need it. Even though it's built for Salesforce, we've had great success using it with our custom CRM system. My Customer Success Manager is brilliant. She works closely with me to find ways to make the platform work better with our setup. Our team works remotely and in-office so people can't always learn from each other directly. With this solution, everyone gets consistent information delivered the same way which has improved our overall consistency. It makes onboarding much smoother. Even our long-term staff members have been impressed with how simple it is to find what they're looking for.
Cons
The lack of a mobile app is frustrating especially since we have customer-facing products that can't use this tool because it's not mobile-friendly.

Pros
I find this tool easy to implement across our busiest revenue platforms. We mainly use it for timely pop-up guidance during new sales cycles, providing definitions and ensuring process compliance. The customer support and account teams were great in helping us design and deploy our solution. Whenever we roll out new tools, this becomes our go-to for workflow enablement and showcasing best practices. It scales well without much effort on our end. Definitely worth recommending!
Cons
Works well for attaching information to specific terms and sites but it doesn't function as smoothly within Google Workspace apps like Docs, Sheets and Slides. Plus, you really need the Chrome extension and sidebar for the complete experience which not everyone wants to install or use.

It's quite userfriendly and those new AI features make everything smoother. I appreciate how it organizes our workflow and gives our support team all the key info they need right at there fingertips.
Cons
The main drawback is that it leans heavily toward sales functions which doesn't really apply to my team since we dont handle sales. There aren't as many templates available as I'd like, though they've been adding more lately.

It has become essential for our team's daily operations. It handles training, process guidance and updates all in one place which makes everything much more convenient. The features are really user-friendly. What stands out most is how accommodating and knowledgeable their support team is. They provide clear visual manuals and are genuinely open to feedback and suggestions.
Cons
Search functionality could really use some work. It would be great if results could be filtered from most used to least viewed so we can quickly find what we're looking for. Also missing a commenting feature that would let us give real-time feedback on topics or flag when something needs immediate updates, would be super helpful for team collaboration.

Only minor issue I've noticed is there's no mobile app or mobile wiki access. I get that delivering contextual info on personal devices is probably tricky to implement but having even just a basic app for the wiki would be really helpful when I'm traveling and need to quickly look something up.
