“Best support I've ever seen
Pros
Quite simple to handle whether you're just viewing content or actually building and updating it. Even non-technical team members can jump right in without much training. I also have to mention their customer success team, honestly the best support I've experienced in my career. They're responsive and actually helpful when issues come up.
Cons
Hard to find real complaints here. The biggest hurdle is getting everyone on the sales team to actually use it, typical challenge with any new tool really. But once we load it up with good content, the team can't get enough of it and keeps asking for more!

“outstanding customer service
Pros
The technical rollout was pretty smooth once we figured out our approach. Salesforce integration works great and is simple to set up, plus refreshing or importing additional metadata is easy when needed. Customer support has been outstanding with our SDMs and you can tell the CEO is genuinely passionate about what they've built.
Cons
The analytics work fine but I've found the filtering options aren't as flexible as we need them to be. They have made some improvements based on user feedback though. As of July 2024, you also can't map the same Spek to multiple locations.

Pros
This has been a complete game changer for our organization so far. It's user-friendly and if you can handle Word, you'll have no problem with this platform. Our agents can quickly locate procedures and help clients. The search functionality is superb and the translation feature lets employees read everything in their preferred language. It's also been super helpful during our annual audit reviews.
Cons
I'm still figuring out the best way to organize everything which has been the trickiest part so far. Would love to see more advanced Knowledge Check options and deeper feedback tools so agents can give us better input on the content.

“Transformed our workflow
Pros
It has completely changed how we handle training and knowledge management. The just-in-time training feature is incredible. It cuts out those long, boring training sessions that nobody remembers anyway. Instead, our team gets exactly what they need right when they need it, which means they actually understand and use what they learn. I really like how it highlights new processes too so everyone stays current with workflow changes. The integration with our existing knowledge centers works perfectly creating one smooth information system.
Cons
The main hurdle was rethinking our content strategy. It meant changing how we approached things organizationally. Thankfully, our CSM was there to guide us through it all offering solid advice on creating and managing content effectively.

Pros
I love being able to tag headers with keywords and make quick adjustments whenever needed. Organizing specs into categories makes browsing so much easier for end-users instead of having them hunt through random individual specs.
Cons
Analytics features work well but I'd love to see better customized reporting options and easier ways to download more detailed data.

Pros

Pros
Love how this tool centralizes all our onboarding materials and process tutorials in one place. Rather than painstakingly walking someone through each step, I can build a comprehensive guide that includes video content, hyperlinks and even fun emojis to keep things engaging. Once I create it, I just share the link and let it do the talking! This has been a huge time-saver for my entire team.
Cons
The only real drawback is getting users up to speed on how to use and make the most of the platform, though the support team does a great job helping people get started and comfortable with everything.

Pros
It lets me build custom training materials that pop up exactly when and where they're needed. It makes learning feel so much more natural and doesn't interrupt my workflow. This has been a game-changer for organizing our company's training process!
Cons
The main drawback is that you really need the Google Chrome extension to get the full benefits. Without it, user adoption takes a serious hit and the experience just isn't the same.

I really appreciate how the integrations let me access everything right within my current workflow with no need to jump between different pages or applications. The support from our representative has been awesome, they're always willing to brainstorm and work through ideas to help us use the platform more effectively. One feature that stands out is getting notifications when information gets updated which means my team is always working with the latest versions of everything.
Cons
Finding it tricky to upload technical content, which means our team still has to jump between this and other systems like Confluence for training. Really wish I could create folders within Topics to organize Speks better, would be a game-changer for company-wide usage. Also frustrating that you can't open search results in new tabs so there's constant back-and-forth in one window.

I've integrated this tool as an extra training layer on top of our Salesforce setup and the results have been incredible. The ability to target content and knowledge checks by browser URL has really changed how we handle training. This precise targeting means our team gets relevant information exactly when and where they need it which has boosted both productivity and learning retention. Plus, the service and insights we get during account calls are outstanding.
Cons
The file handling felt pretty complex when I first started using it. But they've added a native file-linking feature that totally fixed that annoyance.

It suggests relevant content based on exactly what I'm doing at that moment. The searchable library works well within whatever tool I'm using whether that's Salesforce, Tableau or Outlook. Creating content through the interface feels simple. Their customer support team has been amazing to work with. The analytics give me solid insights into usage patterns by individual users and different topics.
Cons
Individual installation required for each user due to our security policies, which can be time-consuming for larger teams.

It's simple to manage and integrates well. Made everything so much easier to use and way more effective for learning on the go. Having real-time guidance right in the app with contextual learning has cut down our training time dramatically and boosted productivity across the team.
