“A fantastic sales enablement solution
Pros
Spekit is a fantastic solution for sales enablement packed with really powerful features. Plus it does a brilliant job of merging learning resources with sales collateral which directly helps our representatives perform better. Having AI built right in is a game-changer too for automating work and generating content. Because of this we have seen a real improvement in reaching our goals and in the teams overall output. One of the best parts is that agents do not have to leave the app to find answers so they stay focused. By putting all our knowledge in one central hub it makes training pretty basic because everything is just a click away.
Cons
It's been running smoothly for me with hardly any issues. So I'd call it nearly perfect with nothing major to complain about.

“visually appealing design
Pros
For me the fact that it offers a ton of space is a total game-changer. It means I never have to worry about cutting corners or archiving things prematurely just to make room. I can store every single document, note and piece of data we need right where it belongs completely organized and instantly accessible. It gives me the freedom to be thorough without any of the usual storage anxiety.
Cons
Finding my way around can be a bit unclear when I am trying to be quick. As I have found myself clicking back and forth to explore where things are.

“Invaluable for accessing specific resources
Pros
In my job as a crisis specialist I connect with callers from every corner of the state. My own training in behavioral health only covers so much. That is where Spekit becomes invaluable as it allows me to access specific resources to aid the wide variety of people who contact us. Using this tool gives me confidence that I am providing meaningful connections to crucial support for our clients.
Cons
I truly do not have a single complaint about it. The information is constantly current and I can pull up what I need quickly and simply as I am working which helps me be as effective as possible for our clients.

“Perfectly fits into my daily routine
Pros
This tool fits perfectly into my daily routine automatically keeping resources current and within easy reach. I mean I can always trust that I am using the most recent information available.
Cons
Well I am generally not a fan of notifications on any platform. So even here the alert feature is not my top pick though I totally understand why it's useful for others.

“Helpful icons and a simple aI sidekick
Pros
One thing I like is the combination of the helpful icons placed right in our applications. Plus the AI Sidekick means getting the necessary information to our call center staff is wonderfully simple. It smooths over common hurdles for newcomers and offers fixes for frequent errors leading to quicker solutions. This lets our leads, supervisors and trainers concentrate on more complex problems.
Cons
The Analytics section has a lot of valuable data but it feels a bit awkward and slow when loading or updating. My Content area can also get messy when other groups choose to send their materials to absolutely everyone using the platform.

“My favorite aI sidekick feature
Pros
My absolute favorite feature is the AI Sidekick. It is incredibly useful during calls. The tool is easy to use and I'd definitely suggest installing the browser add-on. Since it is integrated directly into my Salesforce using it from there is pretty easy too. Now it is part of my daily workflow and I use it constantly throughout the day. Adding it to my routine was smooth.
Cons
So far there is not anything I dislike about it.

The browser plug-in is so handy because it automatically adapts to whatever webpage we are on. And the fact that it can instantly pull up any necessary information is going to simplify my work significantly.
Cons
Currently it is still in the process of being fully developed so a few of the materials I am looking for are not in there just yet.

Its simplicity is what makes Spekit great and it fits the requirements for many different platforms including learning, knowledge and document management systems. Additionally its in-context help feature is a true advantage as our team can find what they need without ever leaving the database they are working in.

Pros
The best part of Spekit is its wide range of capabilities. Through training modules, onboarding and quick information sharing, our training team can better support our leaders and prepare them to succeed more quickly. Plus the platform is very easy to navigate which helps me both use it effectively myself and teach others how to utilize it fully.
Cons
One future improvement I am hoping for is for it to get better at handling questions that are a bit more vague or not so perfectly phrased.

“amazing real-time support for new leaders
Pros
We have had amazing success using it to give new leaders real-time support right inside their workflow. On top of that the help we get from Josh, our Spekit contact, is outstanding. He is always reaching out making time for us and sharing his brain so we can refine our approach and brainstorm new ways to get people using it.
Cons
I have not come across a single aspect I do not like. Whenever we have had a question or some feedback Josh has been great about listening and finding us a solution.

It is so much simpler now for the team to pull answers from all our various sources of information. I am also really glad we could set up dedicated training modules for people just joining the company.
Cons

As the leader of Communications for our CX team I depend on Spekit's Sidekick to search instantly, draft content and guide my team through procedures that too all without sifting through piles of documents or shared folders. The best aspect is how smooth it is as answers and tools appear right where I am already working. This reduces my time spent searching, decreases repeated questions from the team and ensures everyone is aligned with the same information.
Cons
I'd also love to see more detailed analytics that track how often and how deeply team members are actually using the available resources.

Plus the application places training materials precisely where they are needed, significantly easing the onboarding process. And whenever we have questions, the support team responds to us immediately.
Cons
The search feature does not work as well as I'd like and the options for filtering results are pretty basic too. And the app needs some tweaks to allow for more precise, detailed control.

What stands out is how it gathers all our resources into one spot and makes finding the right information simple. And everything is current which is perfect for getting a high-level overview of a topic or for following a link to explore further on your own. I'd use it even more but there are still some things it cannot handle at the moment.
Cons
It struggles with follow-up questions. For example it provided a clear response about sending an ROI to a records department but when I asked if the same rule applied to schools, it could not provide an answer.

The AI sidekick has genuinely transformed my daily workflow. Access is pretty simple since it operates right in the browser and performing a quick search to find what I need is even simpler. I also really value that it includes links to the original source material, allowing for deeper exploration if desired. Plus it is incredible to be able to access all the resources our internal teams produce simply by asking a quick question!
