A fantastic sales enablement solution

Pros

Spekit is a fantastic solution for sales enablement packed with really powerful features. Plus it does a brilliant job of merging learning resources with sales collateral which directly helps our representatives perform better. Having AI built right in is a game-changer too for automating work and generating content. Because of this we have seen a real improvement in reaching our goals and in the teams overall output. One of the best parts is that agents do not have to leave the app to find answers so they stay focused. By putting all our knowledge in one central hub it makes training pretty basic because everything is just a click away.

Cons

It's been running smoothly for me with hardly any issues. So I'd call it nearly perfect with nothing major to complain about.

visually appealing design

Pros

For me the fact that it offers a ton of space is a total game-changer. It means I never have to worry about cutting corners or archiving things prematurely just to make room. I can store every single document, note and piece of data we need right where it belongs completely organized and instantly accessible. It gives me the freedom to be thorough without any of the usual storage anxiety.

Cons

Finding my way around can be a bit unclear when I am trying to be quick. As I have found myself clicking back and forth to explore where things are.

Invaluable for accessing specific resources

Pros

In my job as a crisis specialist I connect with callers from every corner of the state. My own training in behavioral health only covers so much. That is where Spekit becomes invaluable as it allows me to access specific resources to aid the wide variety of people who contact us. Using this tool gives me confidence that I am providing meaningful connections to crucial support for our clients.

Cons

I truly do not have a single complaint about it. The information is constantly current and I can pull up what I need quickly and simply as I am working which helps me be as effective as possible for our clients.

Perfectly fits into my daily routine

This tool fits perfectly into my daily routine automatically keeping resources current and within easy reach. I mean I can always trust that I am using the most recent information available.

Cons

Well I am generally not a fan of notifications on any platform. So even here the alert feature is not my top pick though I totally understand why it's useful for others.

Helpful icons and a simple aI sidekick

Pros

One thing I like is the combination of the helpful icons placed right in our applications. Plus the AI Sidekick means getting the necessary information to our call center staff is wonderfully simple. It smooths over common hurdles for newcomers and offers fixes for frequent errors leading to quicker solutions. This lets our leads, supervisors and trainers concentrate on more complex problems.

Cons

The Analytics section has a lot of valuable data but it feels a bit awkward and slow when loading or updating. My Content area can also get messy when other groups choose to send their materials to absolutely everyone using the platform.

My favorite aI sidekick feature

Pros

My absolute favorite feature is the AI Sidekick. It is incredibly useful during calls. The tool is easy to use and I'd definitely suggest installing the browser add-on. Since it is integrated directly into my Salesforce using it from there is pretty easy too. Now it is part of my daily workflow and I use it constantly throughout the day. Adding it to my routine was smooth.

Cons

So far there is not anything I dislike about it.

handy and adaptive browser plug-in

The browser plug-in is so handy because it automatically adapts to whatever webpage we are on. And the fact that it can instantly pull up any necessary information is going to simplify my work significantly.

offer wide range of easy to use capabilities

Pros

The best part of Spekit is its wide range of capabilities. Through training modules, onboarding and quick information sharing, our training team can better support our leaders and prepare them to succeed more quickly. Plus the platform is very easy to navigate which helps me both use it effectively myself and teach others how to utilize it fully.

Cons

One future improvement I am hoping for is for it to get better at handling questions that are a bit more vague or not so perfectly phrased.

amazing real-time support for new leaders

Pros

We have had amazing success using it to give new leaders real-time support right inside their workflow. On top of that the help we get from Josh, our Spekit contact, is outstanding. He is always reaching out making time for us and sharing his brain so we can refine our approach and brainstorm new ways to get people using it.

Cons

I have not come across a single aspect I do not like. Whenever we have had a question or some feedback Josh has been great about listening and finding us a solution.

a smooth search and drafting tool

As the leader of Communications for our CX team I depend on Spekit's Sidekick to search instantly, draft content and guide my team through procedures that too all without sifting through piles of documents or shared folders. The best aspect is how smooth it is as answers and tools appear right where I am already working. This reduces my time spent searching, decreases repeated questions from the team and ensures everyone is aligned with the same information.

Cons

I'd also love to see more detailed analytics that track how often and how deeply team members are actually using the available resources.

Plus the application places training materials precisely where they are needed, significantly easing the onboarding process. Cons

Gathers resources but struggles with follow-ups

Pros

What stands out is how it gathers all our resources into one spot and makes finding the right information simple. And everything is current which is perfect for getting a high-level overview of a topic or for following a link to explore further on your own. I'd use it even more but there are still some things it cannot handle at the moment.

Cons

It struggles with follow-up questions. For example it provided a clear response about sending an ROI to a records department but when I asked if the same rule applied to schools, it could not provide an answer.

Transformed my daily workflow

Pros

The AI sidekick has genuinely transformed my daily workflow. Access is pretty simple since it operates right in the browser and performing a quick search to find what I need is even simpler. I also really value that it includes links to the original source material, allowing for deeper exploration if desired. Plus it is incredible to be able to access all the resources our internal teams produce simply by asking a quick question!

Sharing knowledge across our team is pretty easy with Spekit. Because it integrates with tools we already use, like Microsoft Teams and Salesforce. Cons

Pros

What helps me the most is how Spekit places information exactly where I am working, without any hassle. So instead of searching through endless files or presentations, I receive quick, clear tips while I am in the middle of a task. This saves me time and maintains my focus. Training and support, even engaging become simple and it keeps everyone aligned. Plus it accelerates new hires, unifies the team and improves the daily workflow. And the fact that different teams can adopt it so easily is a major advantage. Overall it genuinely transforms how we learn and share knowledge.

Cons

I really do not have any negatives. My only real thought is that I wish I'd found it sooner since itis such a time-saver. But if I had to mention something, it is that there is a lot packed into it so learning all its features takes a bit but after that initial period, it becomes a huge help.

Makes a huge difference once connected

I am not the one building the content in Spekit so I don't know firsthand how simple that is to do but judging by how fast we see updates, it must be pretty easy. So once this gets connected to more parts of our business, I believe it's going to make a huge difference.

Essential part of my workflow

Helpful Customer Success Manager

Pros

This tool has really helped us organize and deliver information to our team members exactly when they need it. Even though it's built for Salesforce, we've had great success using it with our custom CRM system. My Customer Success Manager is brilliant. She works closely with me to find ways to make the platform work better with our setup. Our team works remotely and in-office so people can't always learn from each other directly. With this solution, everyone gets consistent information delivered the same way which has improved our overall consistency. It makes onboarding much smoother. Even our long-term staff members have been impressed with how simple it is to find what they're looking for.

Cons

The lack of a mobile app is frustrating especially since we have customer-facing products that can't use this tool because it's not mobile-friendly.

Highly recommended!

Pros

I find this tool easy to implement across our busiest revenue platforms. We mainly use it for timely pop-up guidance during new sales cycles, providing definitions and ensuring process compliance. The customer support and account teams were great in helping us design and deploy our solution. Whenever we roll out new tools, this becomes our go-to for workflow enablement and showcasing best practices. It scales well without much effort on our end. Definitely worth recommending!

Cons

Works well for attaching information to specific terms and sites but it doesn't function as smoothly within Google Workspace apps like Docs, Sheets and Slides. Plus, you really need the Chrome extension and sidebar for the complete experience which not everyone wants to install or use.

Amazing AI features

Pros

It has become essential for our team's daily operations. It handles training, process guidance and updates all in one place which makes everything much more convenient. The features are really user-friendly. What stands out most is how accommodating and knowledgeable their support team is. They provide clear visual manuals and are genuinely open to feedback and suggestions.

Cons

Search functionality could really use some work. It would be great if results could be filtered from most used to least viewed so we can quickly find what we're looking for. Also missing a commenting feature that would let us give real-time feedback on topics or flag when something needs immediate updates, would be super helpful for team collaboration.

Extra info whenever you need it

Pros

The ability to link content directly into our eLearning modules is excellent. It lets learners access extra info when they need it without overwhelming everyone else. I recently used this for financial term definitions by linking them to glossary topics instead of cluttering the main module. Users can pull up relevant details without ever leaving what they are working on! The embedded features in Salesforce are also great for new users who need quick reminders about process steps.

Cons

The analytics have gotten much better but I'm still craving more data insights! For instance, I'd love to track which specific Spek gets clicked after someone searches for a particular term.

Friendly support team

Pros

Best support I've ever seen

Pros

Quite simple to handle whether you're just viewing content or actually building and updating it. Even non-technical team members can jump right in without much training. I also have to mention their customer success team, honestly the best support I've experienced in my career. They're responsive and actually helpful when issues come up.

Cons

Hard to find real complaints here. The biggest hurdle is getting everyone on the sales team to actually use it, typical challenge with any new tool really. But once we load it up with good content, the team can't get enough of it and keeps asking for more!

outstanding customer service

Pros

The technical rollout was pretty smooth once we figured out our approach. Salesforce integration works great and is simple to set up, plus refreshing or importing additional metadata is easy when needed. Customer support has been outstanding with our SDMs and you can tell the CEO is genuinely passionate about what they've built.

Cons

The analytics work fine but I've found the filtering options aren't as flexible as we need them to be. They have made some improvements based on user feedback though. As of July 2024, you also can't map the same Spek to multiple locations.

This has been a complete game changer for our organization so far. It's user-friendly and if you can handle Word, you'll have no problem with this platform. Our agents can quickly locate procedures and help clients. The search functionality is superb and the translation feature lets employees read everything in their preferred language. It's also been super helpful during our annual audit reviews.

Cons

I'm still figuring out the best way to organize everything which has been the trickiest part so far. Would love to see more advanced Knowledge Check options and deeper feedback tools so agents can give us better input on the content.

Transformed our workflow

Pros

It has completely changed how we handle training and knowledge management. The just-in-time training feature is incredible. It cuts out those long, boring training sessions that nobody remembers anyway. Instead, our team gets exactly what they need right when they need it, which means they actually understand and use what they learn. I really like how it highlights new processes too so everyone stays current with workflow changes. Pros

I love being able to tag headers with keywords and make quick adjustments whenever needed. Organizing specs into categories makes browsing so much easier for end-users instead of having them hunt through random individual specs.

Cons

Centralized solution

Pros

Love how this tool centralizes all our onboarding materials and process tutorials in one place. Rather than painstakingly walking someone through each step, I can build a comprehensive guide that includes video content, hyperlinks and even fun emojis to keep things engaging. Once I create it, I just share the link and let it do the talking! This has been a huge time-saver for my entire team.

Cons

The only real drawback is getting users up to speed on how to use and make the most of the platform, though the support team does a great job helping people get started and comfortable with everything.

Saves me time

Pros
