Good experience with support!

Pros

Easy to use and makes designing content with different media types genuinely enjoyable. Being able to track how users engage with materials gives me valuable insights into what's working. Customer support has been so good, our success manager really took the time to walk me through features and help optimize everything for our specific needs.

Cons

I wish there was mobile app support and a way to directly upload video files to the cloud storage.

Everything in one place

Pros

Not complicated at all and I appreciate having all the essential information consolidated in one place instead of jumping between multiple applications for the same data.

Cons

The sidebar constantly blocks things I need to click on and I'm always having to move it around to access different parts of the screen.

Great notification system

Pros

I find it really user-friendly and it helps me quickly locate the information I need for my clients. The notification system is great too, my admin can alert me right away about new updates or upcoming changes to our site so I can view them immediately.

Cons

Haven't discovered anything that bothers me about this tool yet and it's been pretty solid so far!

Helps me prepare for calls

Pros

Really simple to search through all our product databases. I use this almost daily when prepping for sales calls with potential customers.

Cons

The only real issue I've run into is when it can't locate certain information though this doesn't happen very often.

Outstanding implementation support

Pros

The flashcard-style content appears exactly when I need it. Creating speks is simple and I can embed them practically anywhere. The user interface feels smooth. What really stands out is the implementation support. Their team schedules regular check-ins to answer questions, help improve my content and make sure users get what they need in the right places.

Cons

I don't really have any major complaints. I'm hoping that one day I'll be able to copy formatted content and have it transfer to a Spek but this functionality has gotten better since I first started using it and the team seems to be constantly working on improvements.

Pros

Building content is not difficult and the team behind it is responsive whenever I need assistance.

Cons

The lack of folder organization for Speks is frustrating. When you have multiple outreach topics, there's no way to group related ones together in a dedicated folder.

Perfect for quick documentation

Pros

Creating quick documentation and keeping it updated is incredibly easy with this platform. The enablement industry has shifted away from those massive documents that become outdated fast and now focuses on content that's more agile, adaptable and stays relevant longer. This tool really makes life easier for enablement managers. It's honestly one of the top solutions available for this kind of work.

Cons

While it's solid, switching from established platforms like Confluence or SharePoint can be challenging especially for technical teams. I'm curious to see how it continues to set itself apart from the competition.

Helpful reminders

Pros

Documentation access is simple. As a live training tool, it's been excellent and really helps get new team going quickly. I also appreciate the reminder features that keep important information top of mind. Overall it's made our daily tasks much more efficient and manageable.

Cons

Managing users gets pretty frustrating sometimes though it's mostly because of League's limitations rather than any real issues with the platform itself.

Amazing guidance

Pros

The way it organizes our training is incredible. Having support and documents right where people actually work makes all the difference. Our team got more excited about this than our entire Salesforce rollout! The support team has been amazing too, sticking with us through multiple delays and always providing guidance. Their patience has been unmatched.

Cons

sumplicity stands out

Pros

this patform's simplicity and how it connects with our existing tech setup is fantastic. onboarding new reps becomes convenient when getting them familiar with our technology and processes. I really appreciate being able to integrate google presentations directly within the system. our rep Josh Rubin has been helpful throughout.

Cons

the quiz feature feels pretty limited. I'd love to see it handle more than just 3 questions for better functionality.

Easy to get in touch with support

Pros

The just-in-time access has been helpful for our team members across different departments. Getting in touch with Josh and his team was easy, which really made implementing and rolling this out much smoother than expected. We've noticed a significant increase in how often people are using the speks. Our most popular ones are being accessed several times daily now. Plus, it integrates perfectly with our Salesforce setup.

Cons

The main challenge we faced was on our production side for sales and recruiting. Some content was created by team members who didn't really understand what our associates actually needed. This wasn't the platform's fault at all and the support team has been great about helping us clean things up and providing multiple touchpoints to discuss strategies for making it more user-friendly for our people.

Helped us standardize our processes

Pros

I love how easy it is to access processes and procedures without leaving my workflow. Everything stays clear and digestible. Since we started using it, our Salesforce data has gotten much cleaner because the field Speks help everyone understand exactly what each field should represent. We've also been able to standardize our processes and make them more consistent by having documentation right where the team actually needs it.

Cons

Managing all the content can really eat up your time, especially when you're flying solo or your company is growing fast with processes changing left and right. While there are built-in tools to help keep things organized, it still requires quite a bit of ongoing maintenance work.

Cons

Sometimes I forget when I've expanded the spek view and end up losing my sidebar. A simple reminder message letting me know I'm in expanded mode would really help avoid this confusion.

Transforms problem-solving into growth

Pros

I love how this extension transforms our workplace conversations from constant problem-solving mode into actual growth discussions. So instead of burning time on digital adoption issues, we get that time back to focus on building stronger team relationships and working toward our bigger vision. Also the platform offers so many different ways to interact and learn which makes teaching and finding solutions both efficient and comprehensive. The support team was also incredible! They were always available when we needed them and honestly felt like part of our own team.

Cons

The only downside I have noticed is the limited video format support for embedding. Though this ended up being less of an issue than I initially thought as we discovered that contextual learning was much quicker and our team adapted to it really well. Another thing I'd love to see improved is the ability to customize theme branding.

a clean and time-saving interface

Pros

Spekit interface is really clean and user friendly which makes it appealing for everyone on our team. Building content is pretty easy too and I like being able to track analytics to see how well our Speks are performing and whether the content stays current. Also the topic organization system works well for keeping everything structured. Our managers have mentioned it is actually saving them time which is huge. Working with Josh Rubin during implementation was very helpful too as he really knew how to get our team up to speed quickly.

Cons

AI search functionality needs work as for now it does not always understand what I'm looking for when I search for specific specs so hopefully the keyword recognition gets better over time.

Significant help for sales enablement

Pros

This tool has significantly helped with sales enablement for the teams I support. It has also been excellent for keeping everyone organized and delivering quick, digestible information to our sales staff. Plus the most recent updates have made creating content genuinely enjoyable and easy. Additionally the webinars they provide have been extremely valuable for maximizing the potential of this platform.

Cons

The search feature could definitely use some work. Also I wish there was a way to open different topics in new tabs instead of having to go back and retype everything when I want to look at multiple things.

Incredibly helpful for new and experienced teams

I'd recommend this to anyone in our company as it's been incredibly helpful for bringing new hires up to speed on our processes. all relevant information at your fingertips

Pros

To be honest I love having all the relevant information right at my fingertips without switching between apps. Even the interface is very user-friendly so now creating and viewing content feels effortless. Also maintaining our knowledge base is not an issue anymore and I can quickly identify and update anything that is outdated. The customer support has been incredible too. As our Success Manager and the entire team provide amazing resources during weekly check-ins, from implementation strategies to templates and assistance with training new users.

Cons

The team is super good at listening to our ideas and then making the system better. They add new, helpful things without ever getting in the way of our work. So honestly, I cannot think of anything bad to say about it!

Instantly find answers within salesforce

Pros

I love how our team can now find answers instantly instead of waiting around for different departments to get back to them. Plus having all that field-level info right there in Salesforce has been a game-changer, even though we have only been using it for a short time. So now I am really excited to keep expanding our content library!

Cons

One thing I wish for is more detailed permission settings for different user roles. Compared to how customizable Salesforce is in this area, there is definitely room for improvement here.

a non-existent learning curve is a game-changer

Pros

The learning curve was practically non-existent and it's been a game-changer for rolling out our sales methodology. Plus it provide all the guidance our team needs right inside Salesforce means they can access everything instantly when they are in the flow of work. The best part is that our customer success manager genuinely invests in our success and provides ongoing support that actually makes a difference.
