“An affordable, feature-rich LMS
Pros
Really nice and easy to move around. I love the progress tracking, completion certificates, webinars, discussion forums and course rating features. As a trainer, I have access to tons of tools like PDFs, PowerPoints, SCORM packages, video/audio content, HTML text, quizzes and surveys to create engaging courses that can be self-paced or instructor-led. SSO compliance makes login seamless for our employees. Customer support responds quickly whenever I need help. The pricing is really affordable compared to other LMS platforms, especially considering all the features you get.
Cons
The platform doesn't recognize our company's organizational structure so I can't assign courses to specific teams or departments. Instead, I have to manually add 20-30+ people to each course or recreate the entire org structure using their "Groups" feature, which is tedious. Line managers also can't monitor their subordinates learning progress, which is a major oversight. If you have operations across multiple countries with local admins and trainers, everyone will have access to all learner data from every country and there's no way to restrict access based on geographic regions.

“Adding content is not hard

The interface makes it really simple to get around and putting together courses or adding new content feels easy.
Cons
It's challenging to get all our staff integrated since we have a mix of employee types and some don't have corporate email addresses, which makes it tough to include them in the standard distribution process.

“Affordable compared to other options
Pros
So user-friendly, it cuts down on the learning curve for both students and instructors plus its really affordable compared to other cloud-based LMS options out there. What I love is how easily it scales with your company whether you're adding more users or adjusting costs based on your needs. The import tools make creating new courses, branches and users so easy, plus batch student registration saves tons of time. Getting everything customized and up and running literally took just a few hours.
Cons
The platform only has a loader but lacks a SCORM constructor, which would be really helpful. I'd love to see a way to pay for additional functionality regardless of seat count. While the batch import feature for users, courses and branches is handy, you can't import everything from a file. Things like the ILT calendar and student subscriptions still need manual entry. The online testing framework works well enough but it's missing some key features that could make it much stronger.

“Top-notch support
Pros
Its not complicated, even for someone new to these kinds of platforms. Setting up courses takes just minutes and the admin dashboard makes everything feel effortless. There's an impressive variety of content types to choose from and publishing happens with basically two clicks. What really stands out is how students can submit text, files, videos or audio for assignments. We've been using the video feature for async role-plays and it works perfectly. The customization options are incredible too and our page looks like it was built specifically for us rather than some generic template. Customer support has been top-notch with quick responses, friendly team and they really know their stuff technically.
Cons
Adding materials to courses can be tricky at times and I find myself getting confused about where things are. When I need to edit published content, I often have to go back to the main menu which feels inefficient. The certificate and notification customization features are also confusing as there's some code that shows up that I don't really understand so I feel like I'm missing out on functionality that could be useful.

“Covers all bases
Pros
The system includes all the essentials our school requires and adapts beautifully to our needs. We can organize courses and subcourses much more efficiently using the category structure. Adding that competitive element really engages our students and they love earning rewards for their progress. The gamification aspect works perfectly for keeping everyone motivated. Students interact naturally and the elegant system architecture really impresses us. The knowledge base is outstanding and all the features are user-friendly. Loading content and accessing materials couldn't be simpler.
Cons
It doesn't let us set expiration dates for user course access which is frustrating. Also, the text editor can be tricky when working with activities. It's not as user-friendly as I'd like. Other than those issues, I really can't complain much since it runs smoothly whenever I use it.

“Reasonable pricing
Pros
The pricing is really reasonable considering everything you get with it. I can download multiple users at once or handle them individually, which is super convenient. The user addition process has been updated in a way that works great for us. There's flexibility in controlling access. You can block it entirely without admin approval or set up accounts using codes or direct registration. Publishing courses with different formatting options was simple for our team. The visual statistics feature is excellent for tracking how users are progressing and multiple people can access these insights simultaneously.
Cons
There are a few features I'd like to see added, though I can't really complain considering the price point. For instance, I wish there was an option to limit how many times someone can view a course. The reporting could definitely be better too. I'd also like the mobile app to display courses more similarly to how they appear in the web browser. Sometimes you need specific options or services that just aren't available. New features and improvements get rolled out by the entire LMS team when they decide it's necessary. This can be frustrating when your suggestions don't seem to get prioritized. I understand there are constraints but the process feels a bit broken.

“Perfectly balanced system
Pros
I really appreciate how user-friendly this platform is. It strikes the perfect balance between having useful features without being overwhelming. My students consistently give positive feedback about their experience with it, which means a lot to me. Being able to upload virtually any file type is cool since it lets me share the best possible study materials with my class.
Cons
The system doesn't organize my related courses in the sequential order I need. They're supposed to follow a specific sequence but it just won't sort them numerically or alphabetically. This might be unique to how I run things but it's really frustrating. Communication with the company could be much better too. I just upgraded hoping I'll get faster responses to my questions this time around.

I find it budget-friendly compared to other cloud-based learning systems out there. The scalability really works well, it adjusts both user capacity and pricing based on our company's size. Getting everything customized and up and running took just a few hours, which was impressive. The import tools make it super easy to create courses, set up branches, add users and enroll learners all at once. The interface is really user-friendly for both students and instructors so there's hardly any learning curve involved.
Cons
There are definetly some missing features that would make it even better. The bulk import for users, courses and branches is handy, though not everything can be imported from files. Things like the Instructor-Led Training calendar and learner subscriptions for each ILT session still need to be done manually, which can be time-consuming.

“Saves me time!!
Pros
Creating courses is convenient since I can pull content from multiple sources and design everything exactly how I want. The automatic grading and file management saves me tons of time, plus email automation is a nice touch. I really appreciate how the interface lets me bookmark things and customize the styling. Pretty much anyone can jump in and start building courses without much trouble. Checking test results is simple too. I can see individual answers and look at overall data to spot questions that might be too hard or easy. There's plenty of customization options and I have good control over how everything looks and behaves on the site.
Cons
Sometimes I find it hard to answer certain research questions and I really wish there were more question formats available. Some of the content formats feel pretty limited and restrictive too. The payment portal definitely needs some work as it doesn't give you many real options to choose from.

Pros
It really hit all our requirements perfectly. The features we needed were there and the pricing worked within our budget.
Cons
They don't have built-in video conferencing, which means you have to patch things together with external tools like Zoom. Honestly though, I get why they wouldn't try to compete with video giants, probably makes more sense to focus on what they do best.

I really appreciate how convenient it is and it gives me plenty of room to get creative when building courses. The library is wonderful too with tons of files, PowerPoints and other resources that make putting together engaging learning materials so much easier.
Cons
The SCORM modules in courses just don't function at all. I've tried different ones across multiple courses and none of them worked, which was really frustrating for my students.
