Pros
So userfriendly !! Their customer support team has been absolutely excellent whenever I've needed help. SAML integration works flawlessly without any issues.
Cons
Leaderboards don't separate departments properly, which is frustrating. Having to use the Branches option just to get department-specific leaderboards adds unnecessary complexity for our setup. I'd also love more customization options for the gamification features. The notification editor really needs a WYSIWYG interface as editing notifications is way harder than it should be.

The API and XAPI features make integrations smooth and really simplify everything.
Cons
There's no O365 integration so I have to rely on Zoom or GoToMeeting for conferences. The interface takes some getting used to and isn't immediately user-friendly.

“Incredible role-switching feature
Pros
The role-switching feature is incredible. I can instantly see how content appears to learners without needing separate logins, which saves me time as a super admin. Most other platforms don't offer this kind of perspective switching. Their support team responds amazingly fast to queries, even though we're working in Indian Standard Time. The quick turnaround really keeps our projects moving. Customizing the interface for our organization's needs is simple and doesn't require coding expertise. The front-end flexibility makes it easy to tailor everything exactly how we want it.
Cons
Only downside I've noticed is that animated PowerPoint presentations lose their animations when imported into the LMS platform. While this isn't a huge issue for us right now, it would be nice if the animations could be preserved during the import process.

“Good pricing
Pros
Reasonable price considering everything you get with this platform. Backend use couldn't be simpler! If you need different user types, this is perfect for your needs. Bulk user uploads or individual additions, both work smoothly. I really appreciated being able to customize how users get added to the system. We set it up so admin approval was required, though you can also use access codes or allow direct signups. Publishing courses was simple with plenty of format choices available. Scaling up has been effortless for our growing needs! While we haven't used SCORM yet, it's great knowing that option exists. We've been using basic testing for feedback and the points system for rewarding activities. What I love most is how smooth the overall user experiance feels!
Cons
There are some features I wish it had but considering the price point, I can't really complain. Sometimes I'd love the option to limit how many times someone can view a course. The reporting could use some work too. Figuring out which users are active versus inactive is trickier than it should be, though most reports are actually pretty solid with nice visual graphics. Also, the mobile app doesn't quite match what you see in your web browser when displaying courses.

The course creation tools feel really easy to work with. This platform has pretty much all the capabilities you'd expect from top-tier LMS systems including automation features, group course assignments, SSO integration, ILT scheduling, plus certifications and badging. And Honestly the pricing is spot on for what you're getting.
Cons
Mobile experience isn't great for field teams who need to learn while they're out and about. Also frustrating that it doesn't connect with third-party content providers beyond the course marketplace.

“incredible customization & control for growth
Pros
The level of customization and control is great. You can basically do whatever comes to mind and have full control over site behavior, appearance, code and more. The pricing structure is also designed really well for growth.
Cons
I feel like payment processing needs improvement. There really aren't many options available and it feels pretty limited compared to other features.

Pros
I find it really simple to organize and upload courses, plus adding custom graphics is a simple. Managing users is simple too and I love being able to set automatic deactivation dates when people sign up. This works perfectly for our software trials that include training access. Having a consultant check in with us regularly has been invaluable. As a small company, we need to keep expenses down while ensuring our training platform stays effective and their support really helps with that balance.
Cons
Biggest issue is that you can't export all user information including the customer data we actually need. Since this is only accessible to current users, we're struggling to sync our software database and expiration dates properly. We're stuck doing everything manually right now which eats up way too much time.

Tidy interface and I love how smoothly it integrates with other applications we already use. It's genuinely an all-in-one solution that covers everything we need for training purposes. The features are incredible, especially the reporting capabilities and automation tools. The gamification elements really keep learners engaged. Support has been outstanding from day one, both during the sales process and after implementation. Their technical team is responsive and knowledgeable, plus there's an excellent knowledge base built right into the platform. Couldn't be easier even for non-tech users. The pricing is spot-on for what you get, incredible value that makes this a no-brainer recommendation for any organization serious about effective training.
Cons
The only downside is they don't have 24/7 phone support, though their current support team is incredibly responsive and helpful.

Pros
Setting up this LMS was so convenient, even though I'd never used one before. Got our 110-person team up and running without much issue. Managing users is not hard and I love how you can pull course content from pretty much anywhere. The automatic scoring saves tons of time, plus you can automate reports and emails which is huge for efficiency. Being able to brand the interface and customize content styling really makes it feel like our own platform. The system is user-friendly enough that anyone can jump in, whether they're creating courses or taking them. The detailed test analytics are excellent. I can drill down to see individual answers on each attempt and spot patterns in the overall results to fine-tune question difficulty.
Cons
Managing test questions gets tedious at times and I really wish there were more question types available. The content formatting can also be pretty finicky and feels somewhat limited in what you can do with it.

When I ran into issues with DNS configuration for the website, their support team was helpful and quick to respond. I'm definitely going to recommend this to other business owners I know.

Cons
Setting up the homepage the way I want takes some coding knowledge, which isn't ideal. Also, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan to get the SSL certificate otherwise visitors get those annoying privacy warnings.

I really appreciate how we can create engaging, interactive training modules for our new hires that actually help them retain information better. The fact that staff can revisit materials whenever they need to is useful. Each person gets their own login and profile, which makes it simple for us to track who's completed what, monitor deadlines and check test scores to verify understanding. Rolling out new content is simple since we can easily see who has accessed the materials. What I love most is being able to mark certain sections as priority so the most critical information gets the attention it deserves.
