Pros
Finding a platform that checked all our boxes was tough after reviewing dozens of options. This one delivers exactly what we needed, a clean backend that makes building large courses fast and efficient, plus a user-friendly mobile app that's unbranded and budget-friendly to start. The option to customize branding later at a reasonable cost is perfect for our growth plans.
Cons
I've noticed a few small glitches with video display on both iOS and Android apps and the subscription features for users feel somewhat restricted. However, these are really minor issues that can be worked around and haven't stopped us from using the platform effectively.

The features stack up well against the big-name LMS platforms out there. Everything feels user-friendly. When I've needed help, their support team has been quick to respond and actually helpful.
Cons

Setup process was smooth thanks to the user-friendly interface and I found tons of helpful features right away. Support has been great whenever I've reached out and the pricing feels fair compared to other cloud-based LMS options I've looked at. Their documentation is thorough and the knowledge base really covers everything you need to know.
Cons
A few strange translations pop up when using it in Portuguese, though it's not really a major issue. I also think the question database for tests could use some beefing up to make it more comprehensive.

Pros
Feels detailed and well-rounded, packed with excellent functionality. I'd rate it 9 out of 10 since it was missing a few features we really needed at first but those have already been added to their development roadmap. What impresses me most is how responsive the company is to user feedback, they clearly listen to everyone, not just their biggest clients. That kind of customer-focused approach means a lot to me.
Cons
The customization options for branches could definitely be improved. If you have complex branding needs, you might find it a bit basic but for simpler requirements it works great.

Pros
I found it to be user-friendly both when creating courses and taking them. We keep uncovering new features that enhance the overall learning experience. The self-help resources are top-notch and whenever we need technical support, they're there to help. The group and branch functionality works really well and being able to upload users in bulk and register them for courses saves so much time.
Cons
I'm frustrated that we have to upgrade our subscription just to get basic reports. It would be great if you could give us access to the raw data we input so we can create our own queries. We've also struggled repeatedly trying to schedule live webinars through the calendar that connect to Zoom and it just hasn't worked for us. That said the positives still outweigh these annoyances!

I spent months evaluating over 20 different LMS options for our company's training requirements. Almost immediately after logging into my trial account, I knew this was going to be our choice. What really sets it apart is how clean and simple everything feels while still packing in all the features you actually need.
Cons
The downside of its simple design is that you miss out on some conveniences. Importing certain data can be difficult, default configurations aren't always there when you need them and the reporting feels a bit odd.

I've tested several LMS platforms and this one consistently stands out for its powerful features, simple interface and customization options. While competitors often dress up basic functionality as premium upgrades, this platform focuses on delivering a clean, effective learning environment that puts instructional design first. The branching capabilities, user groups and sequencing tools make it easy to create learner-focused experiences. Plus the social learning features like discussion forums, direct messaging and video conferencing really support collaborative learning. The e-commerce integration is essential for my business model and I love how the pricing scales with growth.
Cons
Could be simpler to customize. While there are helpful guides and solid customer support, I find myself wishing it had more of that drag-and-drop simplicity you see in newer platforms. I'm not a developer but I've had to pick up some basic coding just to get things looking the way I want, that means extra hours spent researching and tweaking to create better visuals. I'm also a bit nervous about how the e-commerce features will perform once we actually start charging for courses, though we haven't tested that yet since we're still in setup mode.

Pros
What really stands out to me are how well structured the interface is and the excellent support they provide. As someone with limited technical background, I was able to get up and running quickly and then easily hand things over to my team once I'd tested everything thoroughly. Their support system impressed me too. The knowledge base is comprehensive and when I needed to reach out via email, they responded fast and actually solved our problems, whether they came from our internal team or our clients.
Cons
The main issues I've run into are pretty minor honestly. Sometimes the display gets a bit wonky when you don't select 'pop out' for Articulate training uploads and I really wish there was a way to design certificates directly in the tool instead of having to go elsewhere. But these are small complaints considering everything else it offers.

I was completely new to LMS platforms when I started using this back in 2016 but it turned out to be much easier than expected. Course setup happens really quickly and the visual statistics are amazing for tracking user progress. What really stands out is the constant improvements, I can see regular updates and enhancements being rolled out consistently. It gives me confidence knowing the developers are actively supporting the platform.
Cons
Sometimes I need really specific features or tools for my clients that just aren't available. While they might add smaller requests, the bigger customizations we need often don't get prioritized. New features get rolled out based on what the entire community votes for, which makes sense but can be frustrating when your particular needs don't make the cut. It's understandable from their perspective but it definitely feels like a limitation when you're in those specific situations.

The platform has really helped us bridge the gap when training employees across our offices nationwide. Managing everything through the system is simple and doesn't require much technical expertise.
Cons
The business plans cap out at 500 employees, which feels limiting depending on your package choice. I wish they'd bump this up to 1000 or 1500 users instead. Once you hit that 500-user mark, you're stuck paying extra fees for each additional person who needs access.

I find it really budget-friendly for smaller companies and mid-sized operations. The Salesforce and Shopify integrations work smoothly and getting everything set up was surprisingly simple. Love how the automated reports get emailed automatically, saving us tons of time. The interface stays clean without unnecessary complications and students move through it effortlessly plus the Zapier integration opens up so many workflow possibilities.
Cons
The reporting system is frustrating because it only displays completion percentages instead of showing which specific modules were actually finished. I can't import files that detail module-level completion data. Video conferencing is another weak point since there's no built-in integration and the existing Gotowebinar connection is buggy and confusing for students trying to register for sessions. I also wish I could add welcome videos or news updates to the homepage and the Zapier integration feels pretty limited in what it can actually do.

The chat support is really helpful. I also appreciate how smooth the learner experience feels, though things get pretty complicated when you start digging into customization and permissions for instructor and SuperAdmin profiles, especially if your dealing with multiple branches.
Cons
Constantly switching between SuperAdmin and Instructor modes just to edit courses is really annoying. SuperAdmin should handle all those functions without changing my entire dashboard. While this tool looks simple at first glance, there's actually a pretty steep learning curve. The custom reporting features are fantastic once you figure them out but getting there takes some time and effort.
