Love how convenient it is. The feature set covers all our training needs without any gaps and whenever we've reached out for help, the support team responds quickly and actually resolves issues. It's been a solid solution for our e-learning requirements.

“simplifies everything for us
Pros
Appreciate how simple it is to manage everything. Adding new branches and assigning training managers to each one is really easy. Once the training managers are set up, they can handle user access to the videos I've created, which works perfectly for our setup.
Cons
For what I need, I honestly can't think of anything and everything works exactly as promised!

Pros
Setting up was quick and I can build exactly the courses I need from simple ones to comprehensive programs with instructor-led sessions and assignments that lead to certification. The pricing really stands out compared to other LMS platforms that charge way more for similar features. The mobile app is great for learners who want to complete courses while they're out and about.
Cons
It would be nice if there was a shared content library where course creators could pull existing materials instead of having to upload the same stuff thats already in other courses.

Pros
I find this platform user friendly, even if you don't have a background in training development. What really impressed me was how simple it was to convert existing content from other sources into trackable training modules.
Cons
The system lacks proper functionality for setting course deadlines and tracking completion status. For instance, we have safety training that must be finished within the first week and then annually after that. I still have to do a lot of manual follow-up to ensure people actually complete their required courses.

Pros
It's a very uncomplicated system and their support team responds lightning fast whenever I reach out. I've bombarded them with questions and they always get back to me quickly. What's even better is when you ask them to keep a ticket open, they actually wait for you instead of auto-closing it.
Cons
Phone support isn't available and everything has to be handled through email which can be slower when you need immediate help.

What I really like is how it combines both learning management and content creation in one platform. Finding something that did both was difficult when I started developing digital training materials. The entire suite is simple which has been a huge help for training our scattered remote workforce!
Cons
The lack of single sign-on integration is frustrating since we don't use individual computer accounts at our company. I have to manually add and delete users, which creates extra work compared to other LMS platforms that connect smoothly with HRIS systems like ADP.

I can throw any crazy request at them and they always find a solution. They built us a website that blows away the competition without breaking our budget. This platform has really opened up new opportunities for expanding our training programs.
Cons
The reporting features could use some work to meet ISO 9001 standard metrics requirements. Having more visualization options like bar charts would make it easier for auditors to quickly understand the data instead of having to analyze lengthy reports.

The cost is way lower than other platforms yet it still looks and feels professional, perfect for our customer training programs and the support team is responsive. Whenever we had questions, we could just pick up the phone and get help right away.
Cons
Reporting capabilities are fairly basic compared to what you'll find elsewhere and it lacks some of the advanced features other platforms offer. Navigation can be confusing at times. I often find myself having to stop and think about where I need to go to access certain information.

Pros
It lets us monitor employee training progress. Running reports for payroll is really handy since we can apply the correct charge codes when people finish their training. The automatic notifications to employees about upcoming training requirements are great too, saves us from having to manually track everything.
Cons
Removing inactive employees from the system is pretty difficult. Beyond that, I don't really have any other complaints.

User feedback has been consistently positive. People really appreciate the clean, well-organized interface that doesn't overwhelm them. It's become my go-to platform.
Cons
Finding specific reports and tools can be tricky initially since there's quite a bit to scroll through. The complexity is pretty much expected with any comprehensive system like this but I'll admit it takes some time to get familiar with where everything is located.

The reporting for courses under the Test category is wonderful. All assessments provide detailed and thorough reports that are crucial for detailed analysis and informed decision-making.
Cons
The system doesn't let you split up assignments from one course between different users, which is really frustrating. Like if I have a course with three assignments and want to give each one to a different person, there's no way to set that up or track who did what separately.

I can easily manage multiple regions simultaneously with this platform. After three years of use, I haven't run into any significan't issues. The online support is both effective and quick to respond. Even my participants who struggle with technology find the interface simple. Adding new classes and distributing them to learners is so easy.
Cons
Wish I could download participant projects straight from the report section instead of having to go elsewhere. Having everything in one spot is nice but being able to grab documents right there would save me tons of time. Also, the mailing feature can be tricky for participants who aren't super comfortable with computers.

I've been running TalentLMS across our whole company for learning and development and Honestly I couldn't be happier with it! The platform made it simple to organize everything from onboarding new employees to ongoing compliance training and career growth programs. Setting up cross-training modules was easy too.
Cons
I'm frustrated that it doesn't display reporting for short answer responses within tests and surveys.
