“convenient and smooth for creating courses

Pros

It's convenient and I love how smoothly it pulls YouTube videos into courses. Adding PowerPoint presentations and other documents is simple. Creating quizzes doesn't require much effort and our learners pick up the system quickly without needing extensive training.

Cons

The quiz options feel pretty limited. There are some choices available but they could definitely be more comprehensive

Pros

Love it's simplicity and the reliability means I'm not constantly dealing with support tickets from confused users.

Cons

The downsides are pretty minor overall but group management could definitely use some work and I'm frustrated that activity reports can't be exported to Excel. Also, there's a noticeable difference in how the web version feels compared to the native app.

“Excellent domain hosting features

Pros

I really appreciate the white label and domain hosting features. It's been excellent for both our internal team and external users. The branching functionality is definitely the standout feature making it super easy to organize different groups and separate various coursework and training materials.

Cons

Would be amazing to have a CMS system for customizing or integration with popular platforms like WordPress for the homepage and lecture pages. This would make it much easier to align everything with our branding and identity.

Pros

So easy to use. The interface doesn't overwhelm you with unnecessary complexity and getting started feels simple plus the pricing is honestly pretty reasonable compared to other options I've looked at.

Cons

The course reporting dashboard doesn't let you drill down into the details, which is really frustrating when you're trying to get deeper insights.

The pricing options work well for our budget and their customer support team gets back to us quickly. The mobile app is handy for managing things on the go.

I find this really easy to use whether you're an admin, instructor or student. The ability to create custom branches is great an whenever I've needed help, their support team has been there.

The content page editor feels clunky and could use some work. Also, the e-commerce features are pretty basic.

I've worked with several LMS platforms as an admin and this one stands out for being user-friendly. The learning curve is practically nonexistent. You can become proficient without extensive training. It covers all the essential features I need like gamification, course creation, SCORM uploads and detailed reporting. Despite being so user-friendly, it doesn't sacrifice functionality.

Cons

Customization options are pretty limited compared to what I've used before. At other companies, I could actually edit the code and create custom features like adding popup videos when users logged in. This platform is more of a what-you-see-is-what-you-get situation, though it still handles most of what you need.

The interface is logical and there's an entire YouTube channel packed with useful tutorials that make learning easy.

Nothing comes to mind that bothers me about this platform so far!

Pros

The structure makes complete sense and flows naturally. This is really well thought out. I especially appreciate how the Branch model lets you separate different system behaviors for various audiences like internal users, channel partners and end customers.

Cons

Managing multiple branches gets confusing when you need to switch between different views.

There's definitely a steep learning curve when figuring out how to set up your training the way you want it. Once you get the hang of it though, the process becomes pretty simple.

Simple for administrators and I'm impressed by the powerful feature set. Setting up our online training ecommerce platform was simple. From a user perspective, the interface feels clean and user-friendly to work with. The iPhone app works really well too.

Cons

Not much to complain about really. We've been quite happy with how everything works so far.

The systems you lease come with restrictions that lock you out of certain features. This really limits how flexible you can be with customization and modifications.

Appreciate how customizable the messaging system is. Being able to personalize messages to students makes communication feel much more professional and formal. The automatic updates that get sent when courses are added or assigned are helpful for keeping everyone in the loop. The ecommerce functionality is a fantastic feature that I'm excited to explore more and I can definitely see our company making great use of it down the road.

Cons

The only thing I'd change and it's pretty small is the certificate customization options. I wish there were more fields available to customize the certificates.

I've been working with this platform for 4 years now and configuring it is simple whether you're an admin, instructor or learner. The pricing is fair for what you get and their customer service team is friendly. The system runs smoothly without crashes and they roll out new features and improvements at least twice annually.

Cons

Would love to see ZAR currency support added. Also wish there was flexibility to use either plain text or HTML for notifications and messages, being able to include our logo would be great.

“Accessible from anywhere

Pros

So user-friendly and our team can access it from anywhere. What I really appreciate is how flexible the system is, we can customize everything to fit exactly what we need for our training programs. plus whenever we've had questions or issues, customer support has been amazingly quick to respond and help us out.

Cons

While other learning management systems might offer more content configuration flexibility, I haven't come across any features that couldn't be adapted to work for our specific requirements.

Great how adaptable this LMS is for both my aviation clients and my drone business operations. The flexibility really lets me tailor it to different needs.

The customization options are pretty limited for our specific business needs. We'd love to see more flexibility in setting up the system to work exactly how we want it to. For instance, we can't set up notifications for certain events that would really help our workflow, the trigger options are too restrictive right now.
