Pros
I like how comprehensive this LMS is while still being simple to get up and running. The multilingual support is so good. It handles so many different languages without any issues.
Cons
SSL support should really come standard with any paid plan. It's pretty basic nowadays and shouldn't be an extra feature you have to pay more for.

Pros
Being able to offer and access courses through the mobile app is a plus. It's a huge advantage since most LMS platforms in this price range don't have this capability.
Cons
The payment gateway integrations aren't great for our needs here in Brazil. We might need to manually connect with other gateways that offer more flexibility for different charging models like subscriptions and such.

Pros
Nice being able to completely strip away all the branding, customers love that feature. The gamification elements are a nice touch too.
Cons
The pricing gets pretty steep when you have a lot of active users, though the cost for just registered ones is more reasonable.

“Amazing customization options
Pros
The customization options are amazing. I can tailor everything to fit our exact needs and even set up different sections for various user groups. There's a huge range of built-in features that cover pretty much everything we need. Love that the app works offline so our team can access training materials anywhere. The knowledge base is fantastic and really helped us get everything configured properly.

“Solid system despite horrible support
Pros
After doing tons of research, I found this hits all my must-haves: affordable pricing, scalability, user-friendly design, e-commerce integration, white-label options, clean interface, SCORM/xAPI support, automated notifications and calendar management for live sessions. It's honestly the most comprehensive solution at the best price point I could find. They have great starter pricing and make scaling super simple as you grow. Sure, I found one competitor with a crazy low lifetime price around $400 but it was such a pain to set up and maintain that it would've killed my productivity. With this platform, I was running in hours instead of weeks or months. The interface is incredibly user-friendly and they handle all the technical updates automatically. At the end of the day, I'm in the business of delivering training solutions, not building custom LMS systems from scratch. My time is worth more than the savings and this choice has been spot-on.
Cons
The support experience is absolutely maddening. There's no phone support whatsoever, just email exchanges that go nowhere. My "Success Manager" turned out to be nothing more than a sales rep who can't help with any technical issues. The people responding to support emails either don't speak English well or simply don't understand what your asking. I've spent weeks going back and forth in email chains where they just repeat the same unhelpful responses over and over, clearly not grasping the actual problem. It's like being stuck in circular reasoning hell, they'll never pick up the phone no matter how urgent your issue is. Honestly my advice is to avoid contacting support entirely unless you have a prescription for anxiety medication handy. The good news is the system is user-friendly enough that you probably wont need help and their documentation and tutorial videos are actually pretty solid.

I'm really impressed with the clean interface and the V4.0 UI is fantastic. It's user-friendly and gives our small 10-person business access to enterprise-level LMS features while competitors only start pricing from 50 users up.

I appreciate how simple this platform is to get started with, literally took me just a few minutes to figure everything out. The interface is super user-friendly, which makes training much more efficient and gets better results overall. While they've kept the decorative elements pretty minimal, I actually think that works in its favor since it focuses on what really matters functionally. What I love most is how clean the content presentation looks and how easy it is to reuse existing training materials. Whether I'm uploading videos, presentations, documents or even Scorm/TinCan files, everything integrates smoothly. Students get a single, clear view of all their content and the built-in payment system integration is smooth. From an admin perspective, the essential functions are all there and surprisingly simple to manage.
Cons
The payment flow for courses needs work. When someone clicks on a course from the home screen, they get redirected through self-registration, then dumped into the entire course catalog instead of going straight to checkout. If I'm already interested in a specific course, why make me hunt through the whole catalog again? It feels like an unnecessary extra step that could frustrate potential customers.

Amazing how simple it is to build a course and duplicate content across multiple sessions. Students find the interface really easy to use.
Cons
I only have a couple minor complaints. The character limit for module and section titles feels too restrictive and customizing the CSS is pretty limited. Other than that, I'm happy with it overall.

What I find most satisfying is that it's got you covered completely. Whatever youre thinking about or discussing with business partners, you'll find it as an option. The customization is incredible and you can adapt everything to your specific needs. I create prototypes for different platforms and sometimes help figure out database structures, which is another reason I admire this system. It seems like the development team thought about almost everything firsthand and made room for it all.
Cons
While the platform offers extensive features, many are poorly explained or buried in confusing locations. You end up having to experiment with things like learner groups or free sample content just to figure out what they actually do. I was also disappointed that there's no dedicated option for adding course promo videos, though I suppose you could work around this by including it as free sample content. Another issue I ran into is with the Arabic version with several items and titles appear misplaced, which suggests their CSS needs some work for right-to-left languages.
