Pros

It is easy to manage and there's a handy Help section whenever I need extra guidance. I have complete control over adding and updating content for our business whenever necessary. The detailed reports and infographics are effective for tracking usage and providing meaningful insights to important stakeholders in our organization.

Cons

The back office functions aren't explained clearly enough so I end up reaching out to the team for help pretty often. I also find myself manually updating things for each course or branch when I'm pretty sure there's probably a way to do it all at once.

Setting this up was refreshingly simple without those hefty implementation costs that other platforms hit you with. For the price point, it packs in features you wouldn't expect to find, which made it perfect as our starter solution.

Cons

The customization options require coding knowledge which isn't ideal for everyone. I'd love to see more flexibility in modules like assignments, being able to hide buttons for video or audio uploads when they're not needed would really help keep things clean for learners. The email notification system could also use more detailed filtering options, especially group-based filters that would give us better control over who gets what notifications.

We initially attempted building our own LMS with WordPress but course creators kept struggling with the interface and technical issues. After switching to this platform, I'm amazed by how much users appreciate it. The interface is simple, clean and user-friendly which eliminates a ton of wasted time. Despite its simplicity, it offers a powerful API for custom features or integrating with existing systems.

Customization options are pretty limited when it comes to themes and I really wish there were more ways to make the site look better visually.

Appreciate how smoothly I can import and export whatever data I need through this system. Very flexible and I can assess which courses worked well for our team and once the board gives approval, I'm able to edit and actually sell these courses through the platform. That's honestly a huge feature that brings in extra revenue for our company. The interface is user-friendly and simple to set up, plus I love how easy it is to move around. Loading different video formats happens quickly without any issue. The reporting features are really solid too. I can track and monitor each student's performance in real time.

Cons

Currently, I don't have any major complaints about the system but occasionally there are routine technical glitches that require reaching out to support for help.

Its so simple to use and I really appreciate how well-organized everything feels. plus it's reasonably priced compared to what else is out there.

The SSL setup for private domains can be pretty frustrating and overly complicated.

It's not hard to create courses and bring in other instructors when needed. The ecommerce side works smoothly too since it connects with Stripe, which is exactly what we wanted for payment processing.

The authoring tools for tests and surveys feel pretty limited. There's definitely room for improvement there. One thing that bugs me is you can't set custom poster images for video uploads, which seems like a basic feature. Also whenever they do system updates that affect standard labels, I have to go back and redo all my custom labels again.

The classrooms are convenient and I can easily configure them for my specific content. Certificate generation is a huge time-saver and cuts down on effort significantly. The reporting features really come in handy and the user experience feels clean with an user-friendly design. Support team responds quickly when I need help.

Cons

The WYSIWYG editors for messages and content could use more development and I'd really like to see better scheduling options that let me set specific days and times. The certificate formatting is pretty rigid too.

I picked this platform mainly for its user-friendly mobile app that syncs offline perfectly. The affordable pricing was a nice surprise, plus the gamification features really help keep learners engaged.

We had to work around the limited page builder for front-facing pages by creating a separate Squarespace site and only using this for the actual LMS functionality.

Some translations in Dutch are still being worked on. I can add or fix them myself but it's pretty time-consuming.

After comparing several LMS solutions, I chose this one because it strikes the perfect balance, powerful enough for corporate HR departments but still accessible for small businesses. The pricing structure is really affordable considering all the features and tools you get making it excellent value for money.

The interface really needs a major overhaul. It looks pretty dated compared to modern platforms. Course landing pages especially feel basic and could use some serious visual updates to make them more appealing.
