As a user accessing this product through my company, I like the ease it offers. I can simply log in to access all my training videos and documents, allowing me to learn or refresh my knowledge whenever needed. The fact that they can easily upload new information and send reminders for us to view it is a great feature.
Cons
There are occasional crashes and timeouts with this product. Furthermore, while there is an app available, it is limited to iOS devices and not available for Android. This limitation restricts its usability across different devices.
