One of the best LMS solutions on the market for schools
Pros

Topyx LMS is not only simple to use, but they have excellent customer service that is hard to come by. After years of usage, I have come to the conclusion that Topyx is the software to look for if you’re in the school system. It is user-friendly, permits limitless users and content, and is affordable.

Cons

However, the host server has been a letdown. It works okay-ish, but when it slows down, it makes finishing any training a nightmare. On a lighter note, training should be a bit more interactive to help not-so-bright users.

My personal recommendation when it comes to LMS.
Pros

When we started, we had no idea what to do when creating a web-based training solution for work ethics. I cant thank TOPYX enough for their understanding, patience, education, explanation, guidance, and sincere desire to support us in achieving our objectives. There is nothing I can think of that TOPYX, a fantastic learning management system, has not included.

Cons

Sometimes, the software becomes incredibly slow, and many glitches pop up. Yet, surprisingly, its the same software we love and adore. However, the team is always available just a click away and assists us in whatever we may require.

Our go-to solution for efficient reporting!
Pros

We have been using Topyx for about 5 years now, and I have personally seen it evolve so much. The new UI is considerably more user-friendly. There are more than 50 pre-built reports available, and data can be exported to third-party reporting systems. Even with the long list of features, the price is still somehow fair.

Cons

I would like them to streamline the dashboard just a little bit more, as currently there is a lot of clicking to navigate. The customer service team has not been the best in the past, but they have started to show signs of improvement.

Course-rich Learning Interface; customer feedback needs work
Pros

TOPYX offers some great learning perks, including dedicated online courses in compliance and ethics, management, customer service, soft skills, and other disciplines. It gives trainers access to a dashboard where they can update the learners report cards and performance reports using standardized/custom KPI metrics to monitor their progress. Assignments, tests, and other modules for on-the-job training are also available to those looking for such didactic regimens. Plus, the program is fairly user-friendly. Company managements, further, are provided administrative access to their reportees who have finished or are still undergoing their training.In our automotive business, where we’re big on constant upskilling (to keep pace with evolving tech.), we’ve pretty much experimented with all of these software features and continue to find the interface satisfactory to our needs.

Cons

Although customer support is offered/helpful, some long standing problems have only just recently been fixed. This lag in timely resolutions has been a concern - because, for us, it affected our learning objectives flow. The software server, further, frequently goes down, which then makes it difficult to complete certain training modules, leading to mutual organization-trainee dissatisfaction.

Training experience with TOPYX.
Pros

The software provides the complete package needed to train an individual or even a large group of people at once. It has been fairly easy to get the hang of it by viewing their videos and then trying out their free trial period, which is great for saving money.

Cons

It can take way too many clicks and navigation to get around the software when youre new to it. If anything, the start should be fairly simple before diving into the complexities of it all.

Pros

Using Topyx software, I can handle all my training electronically. It's quite user-friendly, allowing me to access all necessary training. Moreover, management can track training progress and completions through detailed reports, with the option to generate PDF files summarizing the data.

Cons

The software server experiences frequent downtime, leading to issues in completing training sessions. Moreover, the training content lacks interactivity, primarily consisting of audio lectures.
