“Engaging and Easy Learning with Traliant

Pros

Traliants learning process made it so easy for me to understand the content and information I needed. I stayed engaged throughout the course thanks to the interactive format. Also I really like the short video sections as they were clear and informative. I highly recommend taking more classes. Even challenging material was made simple to understand on the first try.

Cons

I had no dislikes. I felt very well-informed and engaged with the learning material. Now, I feel much more comfortable approaching the material and sharing it with others.

Pros

The training videos were of high quality and the content was delivered in a way that was easy for my employees to understand. As an admin, I also found it simple to pull reports.

Cons

They encouraged me to buy there other products and trainings which is not a very big issue. Our ADP integration went away, and I'm not sure if that's due to ADP or Traliant, but it was very useful when we had it before.

Pros

Their tech team worked with me to add all of our compliance and developmental classes into our own Learning Management System (LMS).

Cons

I have nothing to complain about. All their classes and learning materials are excellent.

“The best online compliance training out there

Pros

I used Traliant for the Preventing Discrimination and Harassment in Construction course for California employers and the training was exceptional. The videos, quizzes and bonus points kept me fully engaged. My employees could go through the course at their own pace. From both an admin and user perspective, I found Traliant very user-friendly. Implementation was a simple task I just imported employee information and it was instantly available. I could easily assign courses to individuals, set different due dates, and send reminders with no issues. Once employees completed the course, I could download their certificates right away. Plus, the report dashboard gave me a great visual of current, past due and completed assignments, which was awesome. I'm excited to purchase more courses for my team.

Cons

It is a minor detail, but I did like to see if there is a way to include a CC person when I assign courses to employees. For example, I would like to receive the email for the Introduction sent to the employee and be notified when they complete the course without having to log in to check their progress.

Clear Law Institutes online sessions were a truly delightful experience, especially with the invaluable opportunity for live one on one interactions. My employees gained a lot from the courses offered by Clear Law Institute and I am pleased to report that we received no complaints whatsoever.

Cons

The courses from Clear Law Institute did not have the depth I was hoping for, leaving me somewhat dissatisfied with the overall learning experience. Although the topics were varied, I missed having practical examples that could have greatly improved my understanding of the subject matter.

Its practical and engaging training courses on compliance topics were very helpful for our compliance training to our employees. Their experienced instructors focus on real-world application, providing valuable knowledge and skills in areas such as sexual harassment prevention, workplace violence prevention and data privacy.

As an employer, I was very pleased with Clear Law Institutes courses and I have no complaints with its services.

Pros

In our organization, we have only used the training for HR professionals and compliance officers and it typically covers that scope. I highly recommend it for all HR professionals. I am quite happy with what I learned as the course offers a good balance of easy to challenging content based on how you engage with it. The instructors approach and the interactive elements were excellent as it covers a range of topics tailored to your needs.

Cons

This is currently available only for online sessions which is fine for now. I am looking forward to live sessions and one on one interactions for addressing doubts and queries. Thanks for understanding and please do not see this as a dislike.

I value the ability to customize its services to meet my needs. It offers a variety of classes, from business writing to social media marketing and I can choose from instructors with diverse backgrounds and expertise. Its focus to provide training well-rounded employees who can perform multiple roles within my organization is a significant benefit.

Cons

They offer courses in only a limited number of locations, so if you are far from one of those sites, you might not be able to use their services. Additionally, their online learning programs are somewhat limited.

Pros

With Traliant, we could send employees the training material digitally, allowing them to complete it at their own pace. This saved us time as trainers, as we previously had to show the videos and manually sign off. It streamlined the process with just one click and automatically created the certificates. As an HR person, it was also fantastic for auditing and tracking training completions.

Cons

It seemed a bit expensive, so we had to monitor the number of users and people we set up very carefully. To manage costs,we decided to only set up the office staff.

I appreciate that we have a stable build that ensures our employees stay compliant in the healthcare sector, covering essentials like HIPAA and manager training.

Personally, I find the platform's appearance quite outdated and not up to modern standards.

I found the software's presentation a bit confusing. There seemed to be different pricing depending on the organization, and it took some effort to figure out how to proceed with setting it up.

In my opinion, the videos sometimes seem outdated, and the admin platform could use some improvements. While it functions, it feels somewhat cumbersome and not very intuitive.
