“productive learning on the go”
Pros
Using it is not a problem and there's a wide range of in-depth courses to choose from. The mobile app is especially excellent and makes it really useful for turning my bus or train time into something productive.
Cons
The browser version seems a bit more restricted compared with what the mobile app offers.

“Great courses and trusted instructors”
Pros
Udemy Business offers a really great learning environment with detailed course content and most of the instructors are verified which adds a lot of credibility.
Cons
I noticed that the pricing model charges per course and that can make it pretty expensive overall.

“excellent variety of courses”
Pros
It has been a really valuable platform for picking up new skills even in small doses. The range of courses is impressive and each one gives you the chance to learn something useful and discover something new.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is having more courses with up-to-date content since some of them include information that feels outdated even if revisiting the basics can still be helpful at times.

“Comes with helpful training”
Pros
Having access to both free and paid training is a big plus. It works really well for students who want to build new skills while they are still studying.
Cons
Tje thing that seems a little off is the website's search function. When you search for a specific name, word or topic, the results are often inconsistent and don't seem to stay the same. Because of that, I end up spending way too much time just trying to decide which courses to start with first.

“Packed with a vast course library”
Pros
There's an extensive selection of courses covering just about any subject you might want to learn more about. On top of that many of the classes are taught by recognized instructors which really adds to the overall quality of the content being delivered.
Cons
I haven't run into any downsides at this point. Most of the topics I have wanted to explore have been readily available.

“strong customization, frustrating tracking”
Pros
One of Udemy Business's biggest strengths is how customizable it is. We can tailor the learning content available to employees which helps make sure the courses are actually relevant to their roles and interests. Because of that, my team stayed engaged in their learning and was much more motivated to keep up with it.
Cons
A noticeable downside is that the app and platform interface can get sluggish and even time out during high-traffic periods. We've run into this twice already right before mid-year and annual review cycles, when a lot of employees are trying to finish their learning paths before performance reviews. On top of that there have been instances where completed courses were not properly marked as finished. We ended up creating a workaround where employees had to take screenshots after completing training which was frustrating and created extra work for our HR and L&D teams.

“practical courses for work”
Pros
Best things about Udemy Business is the wide selection of courses available. Most of the content is relevant across many jobs and roles which makes it useful for almost anyone. A lot of the courses also cover topics employers already expect, like project management or IT security. It's a really great platform for meeting workplace requirements while also helping you work toward your own learning goals.
Cons
The catalog could still be broader when it comes to language options, leadership training and rhetoric or communication skills.

“valuable course library for teams”
Pros
There's a huge selection of courses in Udemy Business, covering all kinds of topics, from technical areas like coding and data analysis to soft skills such as leadership and communication. It also lets companies build learning paths for employees and people can jump into courses whenever and wherever they need. On top of that many of the courses include completion certificates which adds extra value for learners.
Cons
Because the courses are created by different instructors, the overall quality isn't always consistent. Some feel less detailed than expected or don't have very polished production. Businesses can set up learning paths but they cannot really adjust the course material itself to better match their own company-specific needs. Pricing is also something to consider while it can make sense for bigger teams, smaller organizations may see it as expensive compared to other options.

“affordable courses and certificates”
Pros
The thing that makes Udemy stand out is how affordable the courses are and getting certificates after completion is a really nice bonus that makes the platform feel more rewarding than many others.
Cons
It offers a wide selection of courses and the fact that they come with certification is definitely part of what makes the platform appealing.

“helpful support when required”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how committed the customer service team is. On top of that Udemy Business is well known for the many ways it lets you manage courses especially the customization options for both groups and individual users, along with assigning tasks and tests. The dashboard is also very user friendly and gives complete visibility through analytics and reporting on courses, skills, tests and labs.
Cons
Honestly I dont have much negative to say apart from concerns around accreditation and course quality. At times it seems they are not as selective with instructors since practically anyone can teach on this tool and that can sometimes affect the overall quality of the courses.

“workforce training that delivers”
Pros
Udemy Business works well for companies that need to make sure employees get the right training to perform effectively across different roles. It's a top platform for building workforce skills and keeping teams prepared.
Cons
A few of the courses feel less interactive than I was hoping for. They could use more of a human element to make the learning experience feel more engaging.

“Best for global teams”
Pros
There's a lot to appreciate here especially the access to more than 20,000 courses across different topics. It also offers custom learning paths for different organizations which makes training feel more relevant instead of one-size-fits-all. The platform is user friendly and the support for multiple languages makes it a strong fit for global teams.
Cons
The biggest downside is the pricing which can feel expensive depending on the budget. Also, while the course library is broad, some of the content may not fully cover very specialized or highly specific needs.

“strong course variety for certifications”
Pros
There's a really broad selection of courses which gave our tech team plenty of useful learning options. The flexibility in choosing content made it simple to find training that actually matched what we needed. It's also helpful for certification prep, with mock exams included and a lot of the material is vendor-approved, like content from AWS or Amazon.
Cons
Admin customization feels pretty limited. It's been difficult to tailor content or track detailed metrics based on specific team needs, so there's less control over how courses are delivered. It would be much more useful if there were a way to assign priorities and then measure learning completion against those priority skills or subject areas.

“valuable learning for data skills”
Pros
Udemy has been a really useful learning platform for me, with plenty of content to keep building knowledge every day. I mainly use it to study Data Science and Data Engineering and overall I am very happy with it.
Cons
One downside is the huge amount of content available in the same subject area. If you want to learn Python, for example, there are so many courses from different instructors that picking the right one can be difficult. Also, when setting up a career path, the platform sometimes recommends tracks that feel unnecessarily long, so it takes quite a bit of manual tweaking to make them fit better.

“Top platform overall!”
Pros
There's a lot of genuinely interesting content here and many of the courses are presented in a really engaging way. On top of that the platform itself works very well and feels polished.
Cons
Pricing could definitely be more competitive. Another downside is that while some topics have a huge amount of content, other areas feel a lot less complete.

“provides excellent course variety”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about Udemy is the deals they regularly offer. There are also plenty of courses available across every topic I need, so it's easy to find something relevant.
Cons
The only downside for me is that it works only online. I cannot download the courses to listen to them when I don't have internet access.
