“packed with valuable courses”
Pros
There's always something engaging to learn on Udemy, with a huge range of courses that keep things interesting. Taking the speed reading course made a real difference in both my work life and my personal life.
Cons
The only downside I have noticed is that we don't have enough certificates for everyone on the team to study as much as they'd like.

“vast library, mixed course quality”
Pros
Udemy Business gives access to a huge course library and the flexible format makes learning new skills engaging, convenient and available whenever needed.
Cons
Course quality isn't always consistent and the large number of options can be a bit overwhelming when trying to decide what to take next.

“course selection is huge”
Pros
There's a broad selection of courses on Udemy Business which gives learners plenty of options to build new skills. It also includes quizzes and tests that help check understanding and reinforce what's been learned.
Cons
One downside is that its certificates don't carry much industry-wide recognition. In many cases, the certifications aren't seen as especially valuable or widely accepted.

“poor support and disrespect”
Pros
In principle it gives my online courses a chance to reach a wider audience because students can sign up and search for the kinds of courses they want to pay for.
Cons
Customer support is extremely disappointing and there seems to be very little respect for the people who put significant time and money into creating the courses it makes money from.

“excellent self-paced course library”
Pros
There's a really strong mix of courses here, both technical and functional and I have found them genuinely valuable. The instructors do a good job and the self-paced format makes learning much more effective and convenient.
Cons
One thing that would make it better is having a way to try this tool without needing a business account first. That would make it easier to evaluate the courses and materials before fully committing.

“Amazing courses for anything”
Pros
Whenever I want to pick up a new software or dive into a new topic, Udemy is one of the first places I go. It's honestly amazing for someone who enjoys learning because there always seems to be a really amazing course available no matter what subject I am interested in.
Cons
That said, some courses are overpriced and still don't offer much quality. I also think the certificates should carry more recognition and it really needs to do a better job of screening who is allowed to teach classes.

“flexible team plan for small teams”
Pros
Being able to get Udemy Business for just a 2 person team is a huge plus for us. It lets me purchase it for both myself and my business partner without paying for seats we don't need. A lot of other platforms require a minimum of 5 users, so this setup works much better for a small business like ours.
Cons
A limitation is that the Team Plan doesn't include access to every course. To unlock the full course catalog, you have to move up to the Enterprise plan and that upgrade requires at least 20 team members.

“packed with useful IT courses”
Pros
There's a huge selection of courses and lectures on the platform. I haven't gone through everything yet but there's clearly a strong amount of IT-related content available. Most lessons are fairly short, around 10 minutes which helps keep things engaging and makes it easier to stay focused from one lecture to the next.
Cons
I noticed that the number of employees an admin can add seems to depend on the plan. Because of that, we have to regularly monitor which users are active and which ones are not, so we can free up access and assign it to other employees when needed.

“Great course variety and value”
Pros
It has become one of my go to platforms for building new skills and growing personally. After I mentioned this tool to my supervisor, she immediately wanted to take advantage of it. The range of courses and subjects is impressive and it offers excellent value for the price. On top of that the security, customer support and interaction between students and instructors have all been outstanding.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any real complaints because the platform works really well. If I had to point out one thing, it would be nice to have all of the website features fully available in the app too especially better communication tools, file downloads and class video management.

“pricing still needs work”
Pros
I like that there are a few different options available and having some business-focused choices does improve things a bit but overall the offerings are just okay.
Cons
Pricing is still a weak point. The current plans need a lot more work and there should either be a lower-cost option or much stronger benefits included to make them worth it.

“Offers huge course variety for teams”
Pros
There's an incredibly broad range of content and subjects available. You can dive into music, cooking, sports, data science or even AI. That makes it especially valuable for employees since they're free to explore all kinds of interests and skills.
Cons
With so many options on the platform, it can feel a bit overwhelming at times. The course quality also isn't always consistent as some are excellent, while others are more questionable.

“courses that keep teams learning”
Pros
I noticed there's a broad selection of courses covering business, technology, soft skills, AI and more. The platform has a somewhat gamified feel, where people keep completing courses and sharing them on LinkedIn to stay competitive which also helps spread knowledge more widely. It works well for everyone, from individuals to small companies and large organizations. Multi-language support is available and the learning progress tracking and analytics are useful too.
Cons
At times the courses can feel overly professional which makes them a bit boring for some users. Customization and personalization options are limited and certain topics especially in the business area can become too theoretical without enough practical application.

“Has a strong course variety”
Pros
Udemy Business offers a huge library of high quality courses and one of the biggest advantages is being able to learn whenever it works with your schedule. It's a really an amazing option for building both technical knowledge and softer interpersonal skills at your own pace.
Cons
Even with the wide range of content available, the quality can vary from course to course which gets frustrating at times. You end up depending a lot on user reviews to figure out which ones are actually worth taking.

“valuable training for every team”
Pros
It looks like something every company should have. There's a massive range of courses, so it's simple to find training for nearly any skill, whether it's technical, business-related or personal development. The platform is user friendly and I really appreciate being able to learn at my own pace with video lessons plus downloadable materials. I am on this tool all the time and genuinely enjoy using it. It's been useful both for my own ecommerce business and for the company I work with.
Cons
Course quality can vary so some classes are much better than others and not every instructor keeps things equally engaging. It can also be tricky to tell which courses are the most current and certain subjects don't go as deep as what you'd get from a full certification program.

“Top training tool for teams”
Pros
There's a course for just about everything and the business plan has been really helpful for me as well as everyone on our team.
Cons
Having such a huge selection is helpful but it can also be a downside because it's not always clear which course is the best one to choose.

“It's an amazing learning library”
Pros
A huge number of resources are available for free which makes it really useful. There's also an option to request additional courses when something you need isn't in the catalog, although those requests still have to go through a review process.
Cons
Some subject areas are definitely less covered than others. For example, certain technical skills like TCL scripting have far fewer course options compared with topics like Perl. On top of that most of the new course requests I submitted ended up being declined.

“powerful analytics and rich learning”
Pros
The depth of the analytics stood out to us. We can download reports for every enrolled employee and get a clear picture of their activity, including which courses they signed up for, what they have completed and how they interact with instructors. Those insights also help highlight each team member's strengths and weaker areas, while breaking skills down into proficiency levels. On top of that Udemy offers a broad course library, so there is usually something relevant for everyone. The trainers are knowledgeable and provide real value through Q&A sessions and meaningful interactions that make the learning journey more helpful and engaging. We were also assigned a consultant who keeps us updated, helps curate a curriculum that matches our organization's needs, reviews assessments and supports a productive and well-organized learning experience. Another big plus is that courses are available in multiple languages which makes the platform accessible to everyone.
Cons
Honestly I do not have any complaint. My experience with it has been excellent. It is an affordable collection of training and learning resources that helps teams upskill and reskill to keep up with the demands of a fast-moving work environment.

“Useful software overall”
Pros
Its clean learning interface makes Udemy Business simple to navigate and access all the available course materials. There is a huge amount of content which makes it possible to learn topics in depth and from different angles. The materials stay current as well, so it is helpful for building modern skills that match today's challenges. Another thing that works really well is being able to access the learning content anytime which makes self-paced learning much more convenient. On top of that the technical training projects are very useful for improving both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical skills.
Cons
I have not run into any issues and I have not noticed anything that fails to work properly. At this point, I do not have any cons to mention.

“Provide the best learning for teams”
Pros
This one is a really strong platform for building and improving technical skills. You can use it for your own learning or roll it out across a whole team for training in a specific area. The customer support is good as well and most of the courses come with AI-powered features.
Cons
There aren't any major problems but the interface could definitely be cleaner and more simple. A few courses feel too broad and some of the content overlaps from one course to another.
