“It is a top learning library”
Pros
Across our team the huge catalog of well made courses made it possible to build skills in a wide range of areas. The platform is easy to use and the analytics are detailed enough to monitor progress and see the real impact of training. On top of that being able to tailor content and use it offline added a lot of flexibility for different learning styles and needs.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind. With such a broad selection of courses, everyone was able to find something that fit what they needed.

“has powerful course creation tools”
Pros
Udemy Business is a really great option for a course creator, . Building and managing courses is easy too and it comes with ready-made learning paths, coding exercises and a range of integration options that make it even more useful.
Cons
The pricing is on the high side and there are times when the app doesn't work properly.

“Great learning with offline access”
Pros
One thing I really like about Udemy is how flexible and accessible it is. I can use it on pretty much any device from anywhere which makes learning convenient. The courses are created by industry professionals, so the content feels trustworthy and gives deeper, more practical insight into the topics being taught. The platform's interface is also simple to navigate and it makes it easy to monitor progress as I move through a course. On top of that the mobile app lets me download courses to my device, so I can keep learning even without an internet connection which has been an especially useful and efficient feature.
Cons
Because the courses are self-paced, any questions about the material usually need to be posted through email or the Q&A section and responses can sometimes take a while. Other than that, I really haven't come across any major limitations with either the courses or the platform itself.

“course variety is huge”
Pros
There's a very wide selection of online courses available, both free and paid.
Cons
I think it would be even better if there were more free course options in the education area.

“packed with valuable training”
Pros
Udemy Business has a huge library of training content that covers a wide range of topics. The platform also comes with really useful features, like Q&A on each video, transcripts and overall high course quality.
Cons
It doesn't include absolutely everything, so if you're searching for a very specific course, there's a chance it may not be available.

The platform is simple to use, there's a wide range of content to choose from, the frequent discounts help a lot with pricing and the reviews feel genuine and useful when deciding what to take.
Cons
A few courses feel a bit more expensive than others for what they offer.

“helpful course discovery”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is the wide range of suggestions that prompt me to assign courses I would not have considered otherwise, including ones I did not even know were available.
Cons
One downside is that the course catalog is not always fully up to date, so it is possible to spend time starting a course that turns out to be outdated.

“Useful tracking, uneven content”
Pros
Running this at a company level makes it possible to assign courses to employees and monitor how they're progressing which is really useful for managing learning across a team.
Cons
Since just about anyone can publish courses on the platform, the overall content quality can be all over the place and that can leave both organizations and employees feeling like the money spent wasn't fully worth it.

“excellent instructors and course quality”
Pros
I have enjoyed everything I have watched so far. The courses match my interests really well, both because of the instructors and the way the content is developed throughout each course.
Cons
The price does feel a bit high, although I understand it gives access to a huge number of courses. My bigger issue is not having enough time, so I end up paying the monthly fee and sometimes I cannot even finish one course.

“It offers so many courses in various programming languages”
Pros
There is a wide range of courses available, catering to personal interests and professional development. The content is largely based on experience, which motivates us to learn more.
Cons
It would be beneficial if Udemy Business implemented a badge program that includes a test at the end of each training session as it can enhance the professional development of employees.

“The software provides micro-learning, yet significant progress has been made”
Pros
The courses offered are top-notch and cover a wide range of topics. There’s plenty to choose from, and the best part is they’re all free!!!!! everything you need is right there.
Cons
The abundance of options, such as the extensive catalog offered by Netflix, may lead to difficulty in determining the most suitable choice for the user.

“fantastic multilingual course catalog”
Pros
There's a wide selection of courses in different languages, with subtitles included and the instructors are experienced professionals who know how to share their knowledge and enthusiasm in a very engaging way.
Cons
One thing that's missing is the option for students to get discounts by signing in with a university email address. That said, courses can still be purchased at very low prices during certain promotional periods.
