“learning options that deliver”
Pros
Udemy Business has been an excellent source of learning content for professional growth. I can keep track of my progress easily and there are plenty of courses to pick from. The range of topics is impressive too, covering everything from Business Operations to IT Operations.
Cons
There's honestly nothing I dislike about this tool.

“excellent course variety and quality”
Pros
There's a huge selection of courses across all kinds of subjects and the instructors really come across as knowledgeable professionals. The video and audio quality are both excellent which makes learning much more enjoyable. I also appreciate that the certificates can be used as proof of skill and expertise.
Cons
To me the interface design feels a bit outdated. Aside from that, I am very satisfied with the tool.

“valuable tracking tool”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages of Udemy is its decentralized course creation model. Because content comes from a wide range of creators, the volume of available training is impressive. That also makes a real difference when new topics emerge. For example, with AI, relevant courses appeared almost immediately which has been extremely important for helping our employees keep up with current trends. I have looked at other learning platforms that rely on curated in-house content and they just cannot match the speed of a decentralized model. The dashboard is also a major plus, since it gives us clear visibility into learning progress across the business and helps us make sure employees are continuing to build their skills.
Cons
Its price is its biggest downside. It is quite expensive and not especially flexible when it comes to pricing. Even though the investment does pay off, the cost can become enormous very quickly when you're rolling it out at scale. Since they aren't the ones creating the content themselves, I would expect the platform to be much more affordable than other providers but in reality it's actually one of the most expensive options.

“Offers excellent course variety”
Pros
What I enjoy most about Udemy Business is the huge number of online courses available and the wide range of topics it covers. There are classes for complete beginners as well as more advanced users. The platform is very easy to navigate and it lets you keep track of your progress in each course you're taking.
Cons
The only downside I have really noticed is the subscription price. In many cases, companies cover that cost for their employees but if that's not the situation, it can feel expensive.

“poor support and difficult to setup”
Pros
Getting started doesn't cost anything and the course-building experience itself has been good.
Cons
Customer support has basically been unavailable for the last two months, from Nov 23 through 14 Jan 24. The setup and editing process also isn't user friendly and there's no way to export content for quality checks or peer review.

“Offers a broad course variety”
Pros
There's a wide range of topics available and the platform feels customizable enough to fit different learning needs. I also appreciate being able to set a training cadence so time can be dedicated consistently and having access to supporting documents is really useful.
Cons
One limitation was not being able to take screenshots from the video content. At times, the material shown on screen also didn't fully match the downloadable document which could be a little confusing.

“clean learning interface”
Pros
The interface really doesn't leave much to complain about. It's simple to jump back into a course right where I stopped or browse around and look for something new without any hassle.
Cons
The reporting felt a little too out-of-the-box for me and I would have preferred more flexibility to build my own custom reports.

“Price is perfect!”
Pros
A really helpful platform that pulls together different learning platforms and training resources in one place. The pricing feels fair and reasonable compared with what's currently out there.
Cons
It's still in the testing stage and I have already noticed several course options I'd be interested in adding so I can build more skills for client work.

“Simply love this tool”
Pros
At Infoplus, every employee gets access to a Udemy subscription and it's been a really valuable addition for supporting the learning paths they want to pursue. It's also been especially helpful for onboarding my team, since courses like JUnit and Cypress testing have given them useful knowledge they didn't have before and helped them build their skills faster.
Cons
One downside is that there are so many course options available that I end up spending extra time reviewing and narrowing them down whenever a team member asks for guidance on which one to take.

Pros
Using Udemy Business has been very easy and the huge selection of courses and training options is something I really appreciate. The filtering feature makes a big difference and helps a lot when trying to find the right content quickly.

“helpful salesforce lessons”
Pros
The lessons on Udemy are clear, practical and genuinely useful for professionals who want to build Salesforce skills and work toward becoming accredited Salesforce practitioners.
Cons
At times, it can be tricky to follow the videos while working in my Salesforce instance on just one screen. A better setup is to play the lesson in one browser and keep another browser window open for your Salesforce instance or ChatGPT, depending on the lesson.

“huge course library and value”
Pros
One thing I really appreciated about Udemy is the massive course library available to choose from, along with the very affordable prices whenever promotions are running. Buying a course only takes a few clicks which makes the whole process very convenient. The courses I purchased were excellent and very focused on specific topics. For example, I was able to learn Java programming completely from scratch.
Cons

Pros
It has pretty much all the learning material you could need and most of the instructors are good.

“offer quality courses for professionals”
Pros
As someone who uses online learning a lot, Udemy Business is one of the platforms I keep coming back to because it takes what I already enjoy. It is clearly geared toward practical training that does not take too much time which makes it very useful for working professionals. There is a broad catalog that includes both soft skills and more specialized topics. One thing that really makes it stand out is that it focuses on highly rated courses, so there is a better chance of getting good, worthwhile content.
Cons
That said, even with the wide course selection, some of the content feels too basic which ends up pushing you to take additional courses. I think they need to do a better job balancing beginner-friendly material with truly practical depth so it does not feel like time is being wasted. The search filters are also fairly restrictive which makes it harder than it should be to locate the exact courses I want. On top of that the related course suggestions could be much better. Pricing is another issue, since some courses feel overpriced for the amount of content and the overall quality of the instruction.
