At times, it requires duplicating entries of the same documentation, like entering a call-out on the schedule without it automatically creating an attendance event.

For my needs, the interface feels cluttered with lots of unnecessary drop-down menus, making it sometimes challenging to find the form I am looking for. A customizable interface would be helpful.

Using it on the phone is difficult. I would not suggest compromising the overall program to address this, but perhaps having a simpler abbreviated app available would be helpful.
