there are few cons in my mind about Vairkko. I do like how in our company profiling/setup, one has to physically save PDF files to Vairkko before accessing them, especially when needing to print or distribute the file.

It is very unfriendly for users. Grouping a crew together on the same schedule in one sequence is impossible. Deleting multiple items at once is cumbersome. There is no go-back feature for mistakes. Deleting is time-consuming, and there is no cut-and-paste option.
