“IQMS Manufacturing Software”
Pros
The software is userfriendly and the availability of tools makes it easy to navigate. The extensive use of IQMS modules and reliance on support and user community contribute to efficient utilization of the system.
Cons
Being heavy users of the software it can be challenging to fully prepare for an upgrade. However the company does an excellent job of communicating changes to users.

“Works well and works for you.”
Pros
The layout and features of this software are relatively intuitive allowing for customization and seamless connectivity throughout the program. We have found the documentation to be excellent and the customer support has been consistently reliable whenever questions arise. Over the six years of using the software it has served our company well and we have discovered its potential to be harnessed to its fullest extent. When fully utilized IQMS becomes a powerful tool within our operations.
Cons
Creating custom reports using Crystal Reports can be timeconsuming compared to the onboard reports. Data maintenance especially mass loading requires involvement from the enduser or DBA(s). Unfortunately there are no drilldown options available for inventory cost analysis.

“Very please with IQMS ERP software”
Pros
We selected this software to streamline our operations by utilizing a centralized database for all plant functions. As both a manufacturer and distributor it was crucial for us to effectively monitor and control inventory levels as well as manage the manufacturing process. With IQMS WMS we gained full control over our warehouse inventory significantly improving accuracy in counting and placement. IQMS Realtime provided realtime visibility into our manufacturing plant's activities ensuring timely scheduling. Our customers appreciate the Quality module which enables full lot traceability SPC and the ability to address any issues through MRB or Corrective Actions. By incorporating IQMS CRM our outside and inside sales teams now work seamlessly from a single system. Marketing can easily direct referrals to sales or engineering for customer support. The software also offers robust accounting functions simplifying month and yearend activities. Additionally regulatory and customer audits have become more manageable with both parties acknowledging the benefits of having a centralized database that functions exceptionally well.
Cons
As our database has grown since 2007 handling a large amount of data has become a concern. Finding ways to efficiently manage or remove unnecessary data is essential. Large tables can slow down SQL scripts particularly for remote users.

“Review”
Pros
Intuitive software with helpful content and effective divisional separation through ePlants.
Cons
The software lags behind the industry due to the absence of a web client. If I were evaluating ERP systems the lack of a web client would immediately disqualify IQMS from consideration. Obtaining fixes is a lengthy and cumbersome process taking months or even years.

“Medium-level ERP for Small-to-Medium Size Companyy”
Pros
Notable strength in production integration and strong features for mainline production including realtime efficiency metrics and warehouse management tools.
Cons
Quality controls are weak posing challenges for ISO 9001 companies. Functions like line clearance and QA release are managed through permissions and other functions not specifically designed for quality controls. Secondary business functions unrelated to production are not as robust as the production tools.

“IQMS can be a powerful tool for maintaining the information and processes that drive a business but a firm's experience with IQMS is highly dependent upon the quality of the firm's employees and business practices before adopting IQMS.”
Pros
IQMS offers welldeveloped and mature features along with knowledgeable and helpful support staff. The software's wide array of modules with configurable settings cater to diverse production situations.
Cons
The implementation specialists at software often leave much to be desired. Many crucial features were either not configured or configured incorrectly during our installation. IQMS heavily relies on companies having individuals with strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills. If your company possesses such talent the software suite can be incredibly helpful. However without that baseline expertise IQMS can be more detrimental than beneficial. Additionally the licensing costs for IQMS are quite high making it challenging to implement the full range of software. For some companies modules like RealTime Production monitoring may never be costeffective and other software features are limited due to the absence of crucial components like RealTime. Due to the design of IQMS' business logic businesses will need to make changes to align themselves with IQMS' best practices. Unfortunately IQMS does not clearly specify these best practices or identify gaps in individual businesses' adoption of them.

“IQMS Review”
Pros
It is an outstanding software solution for injection molders offering excellent communication tools that provide visibility to all customers and their update requests. The introduction of regional user group meetings has been particularly beneficial as it facilitates communication among users and allows for the exploration of modules that may not be currently utilized maximizing the software's potential.
Cons
As is common with software companies it would be preferable if the price and continual support costs were lower and more stable. Sometimes even for minor fixes you may need to update the entire software from a previous release which can cause issues when running operations 24/7. Running a small SQL query to fix a specific problem often works best but not always.

Pros
The seamless integration of software modules a wide array of configurable options and knowledgeable and friendly support staff contribute to a successful experience with IQMS.

“IQMS Enterprise ERP”
Pros
IQMS ERP software is comprehensive and wellrounded specifically designed for plastic injection manufacturing. It covers various modules including manufacturing inventory accounting supply chain and human resources with excellent customer service and technical support.
Cons
Certain modules are clunky and challenging to use. The absence of an API structure limits customer customization. Terminal Services and/or Citrix are necessary for client connectivity in a WAN environment. Upgrading the software is also a complex process.

“Good and bad experiences hoping for improvements”
Pros
As an IT Administrator I genuinely enjoy working with the software learning about it and customizing it to suit our company's unique requirements. Designing Crystal Reports utilizing builtin customization features like user fields and userdefined forms and exploring the various modules for customization are all aspects of the software that I find particularly enjoyable.
Cons
The software lacks refinement with numerous basic canned reports that seem outdated and not tailored to each module's needs. Some features appear hastily added to meet customer requests without strategic thought on optimizing their functionality. For example a CRM utility for activity reassignment fails if the current owner has left the company and their account has been deleted or terminated. IQMS has grown rapidly and the software reflects that growth. They have been responsive to customer requests for new features and improvements but the frequent changes have led to issues. Previous versions had significant bugs particularly in the HR/workforce module. The new management seems to understand the need for higher quality and reliability but it remains to be seen how successful their quality push has been. While EnterpriseIQ is a good system it lacks intuitiveness in areas like MRP scheduling and work orders. Understanding the software requires a sharp mind to comprehend how everything fits together and how the various settings impact functionality. There is concern that the ambitious management team may prioritize new features over improving the daytoday workflow for existing users. While the executives aim for continued astronomical growth steady and stable growth based on positive user experiences would be more beneficial.

“Great Manufacturing ERP”
Pros
The MES functionality is highly configurable allowing flexible adaptation to business processes. The software's extensive module offerings provide the capability to encapsulate all aspects of the business within the ERP system.
Cons
The accounting and infrastructure aspects are weak but IQMS is committed to addressing these shortcomings in the near future. Support turnaround time for bug fixes can be slightly slow but not unusual.

“Has been a big overall improvement to our previous ERP system”
Pros
Seamless integration within our environment userfriendly interface excellent customer support realtime screens for operational visibility easy scheduling and helpful system help menus.
Cons
The financials in IQMS are lacking compared to our older ERP system of over 10 years. Basic elements are missing such as adding operator initials to production labels without having to enter all employees individually. Customizing box count on production labels or setting default label templates per customer shipto is not possible. After updating to the latest version the PLM module stopped functioning and it took over 10 weeks to resolve the issue. The licensing cost for shopdata is considered expensive limiting the number of IQMS stations that can be deployed.

“On time project implementation great on-going support”
Pros
We implemented the EnterpriseIQ software in 2013 successfully going live within the projected timeframe of 9 months. The initial software modules proved beneficial in 2014. Additionally we acquired the RealTime Production and Process Monitoring hardware and software in 2015 enabling the capture of cycles scrap recording and realtime monitoring of processing parameters during press operations.
Cons
With IQMS' significant growth we have interacted with various individuals including account representatives EDI support and helpline support personnel. However as the company has expanded knowledge of the products and responsiveness has declined.

Pros
While it may not suit discreet capital equipment or FDAregulated companies it is an excellent choice for plastics companies offering a range of features tailored to their needs.
Cons
