“Procurement/Inventory Management with Fiix
Pros
The Purchasing and Parts & Supplies modules in Fiix are very intuitive. Whenever we requested customized options, they were implemented easily and at a low cost. Fiix now integrates with our ERP system for accounting purposes. As our business has grown, Fiix has added intuitive dashboards that benefit all users. Among all the CMMS systems I've used, Fiix is the most user friendly and adaptable to business changes.
Cons
I would really like to learn more about other areas of the system that I don't regularly utilize. It would also be great to be able to create my own reports on the go.

“FIIX is a great CMMS
Pros
The mobile app is incredibly useful. I have 475 buildings to maintain, and this tool significantly enhances my efficiency while traveling.
Cons
What I like least is the report construction. There are prebuilt reports, but when we need precise data for our business unit, we have to create our own report, and the tool is not very userfriendly. However, I have excellent customer support that helps me whenever I need assistance with building a report.

“Did you put a Fiix Ticket in for that item? is my #1 phrase I say at work.
Pros
It helps me track things in real-time, allowing me to stay ahead of maintenance issues and prevent equipment downtime and wasted time.
Cons
The mobile platform has a small issue where I feel the interface could be improved, but that's just a personal preference.

Pros
Asset tracking, work order creation and tracking, and mean time to failure are simple and easy to understand. If you can navigate a drill-down menu, you can learn Fiix in minutes. It's a comprehensive package with plenty of options.
Cons
The mobile app has been inconsistent, but it's getting better.

I appreciate that the team can easily grasp how to use the product, and their access can be limited to avoid overwhelming them. Admins can simplify their tasks by grouping common tasks, ensuring no steps are missed.
Cons
The reports system works well, and they have started analytics for the higher tiered groups. You need to know how to use it to manipulate the pages effectively. There isn't much training available yet, but I believe a few helpful videos would greatly enhance understanding its use.

Pros
The open API and cloudBased app made implementation incredibly simple. The integration with Allen Bradley is a great addition to this feature-packed software. At the time of purchase, it offered the most features at a reasonable price.
Cons
The implementation process is somewhat challenging. I'm not sure how it could be streamlined, but it would be beneficial for future iterations.

It's an easy to use software and the customer support is integrated, eliminating the need for email exchanges and wait times.
Cons
On their mobile app, it tends to log you out if you don't use it for a month. While not a significant issue, it can be annoying when you just want to quickly update something on your phone and have to input all your login information again.

The institutional design of the interface makes it easy for me to use.
Cons
When there are too many items listed on a page (more than 200 check boxes), it slows down the loading speed. I think there should be a restriction to register no more than 200 in one category.

As a CMMS it offers the basic functions needed to manage assets, work orders, spare parts, and purchasing, making it incredibly user-friendly.
Cons
For multisite use, it's not possible to limit the list of suppliers, preventive maintenance, or task groups to site users only. It would be beneficial if these items were visible based on site access level and permissions. Configuration of reporting is not straightforward.
