Pros
Compared to other software of this type, Fiix stands out with its ease of use and intuitive interface. I didn't require extensive training to get started. After a walkthrough from my manager I was up and running in no time. It's a straightforward system that you can learn and use effectively in just an afternoon.
Cons
It seems like there is untapped potential with the software that my company didn't fully utilize. Some reports were still generated using Word and Excel, even though it would have been more seamless to use Fiix for all the required reports.

“Great for IT Asset Management and Upkeep
Pros
The search feature is fantastic. Since we manage a large number of assets, I can quickly locate specific details, such as user information and device specifics. Importing and exporting data is also convenient. Additionally, having mobile access is a great bonus when I'm away from my computer and need to access information on the go.
Cons
I don't have many complaints about Fiix. The customer service has been exceptional for me. However, some of my colleagues have had negative interactions with Fiix customer service representatives.

Pros
The interface is user-friendly, even for new employees. The browser portion is easy to navigate and use. It continually surprises us with new functionalities, even after four years of use. It provides data that we never had access to before.
Cons
The new app is not at all good in any manner. I still keep the old app loaded on my technicians' tablets. It seems to be designed for a specific type of use rather than catering to various needs. The web browser version is perfect, and the app should be a scaled down mobile version of that. Additionally, the price is a bit high for our usage. It would be better if there were more flexible pricing options, allowing us to pay for the features we actually use.

FIIX is an invaluable system not only for the Engineering department but for all departments in our hotel. Its user-friendly interface and easy setup make it a valuable asset. The inventory system and purchasing module are particularly beneficial.
Cons
It would be great if we could add or change our company logo under the basic plan, as it's not applicable to our existing plan.

Fiix software is easy to navigate and use. Over the years, we have built our CMMS using Fiix with the support of their responsive team. They actively incorporate suggestions and continuously improve the software. As an administrator, I can effortlessly create, move and modify assets. Creating and modifying PM tasks and scheduled maintenance activities is also a breeze. We have even implemented a throughput process to maximize run time and optimize PM activities.
Cons
The only area where I struggle is with generating reports. However, whenever I have a question or need assistance, the Fiix team is always available to provide support in building specific reports or guiding me through the process.

The open architecture and ease of adding assets and PMs are standout features.
Cons
Similar to what we initially liked, the open architecture allows users to create assets without providing much of the necessary information within a PM system. Asset creation should have more structured requirements, including model, serial number, purchase information, and current cost. Since we started entering assets without this standard information, I can add it later, but the information won't be standardized for all assets unless I remove and readd each one once I determine all the required details. It was convenient not needing this information initially, but it makes the product less useful than it could have been if we were forced to include this standard information from the beginning.
