With over 3200 current assets, including work orders, history, and preventive maintenance, Fiix's analysis is efficient and effective. The reporting is outstanding, and the level of support is impressive. Fiix continually evolves and adds features to adapt to changing audits and our evolving needs. I absolutely adore it! Managing 3200 assets and close to 1100 preventive maintenances with just one administrator/developer is made possible by Fiix, allowing us to excel in our maintenance department.

The off-the-shelf product has an appealing price and fulfills most of our requirements.
Cons
At first, it was challenging to set up, and adding features took a lot of time. The reports don't show stages of completion or completed works with dates.

Pros
It's highly intuitive, allowing individuals with limited software skills to quickly learn and participate in the Work Order system and data entry.
Cons
It would be helpful to see the previous entry for hour meter readings on equipment to prevent entering the wrong (lower) value since the hour meters can only increase and not decrease.

Pros
I appreciate being able to view my weekly workload on my PC, tablet, or phone. It's great not having to carry around a stack of papers that can get dirty or be lost. Submitting work order requests is quick and the built-in parts usage and request functions are incredibly handy.
Cons
It would be nice to have a "check all" box on the tasks page when using the web version or a quick complete option similar to the phone app.

The user interface is straightforward and easy to use, enabling the entire team to navigate it effortlessly. Creating, scheduling, implementing, and tracking tasks are crucial for any maintenance team, and Fiix simplifies the process. The equipment and supply lookup feature, along with vendor linking, is a valuable addition. Scheduling is a breeze and modifying tasks is simple.
Cons
I would love to be able to easily delete retired tooling or equipment without going through complicated steps due to it being tied to other scheduled maintenance. Additionally, having a 24hour time clock would be valuable to avoid confusion caused by AM/PM switches.

Personally, I find the inventory management side of the software extremely helpful. It allows me to manage my parts inventory efficiently, similar to a dealership.
Cons
The implementation of the software was the least enjoyable part. I learn best by doing, so I should have utilized the available resources to make the software implementation easier. After using it for a few years, it has become much more userfriendly.

Fiix simplifies the tracking of previous work done on equipment, which helps diagnose errors more quickly. Additionally, it speeds up the process of finding the required spare parts through efficient inventory management. When used correctly, this software can significantly improve efficiency.
Cons
The user timeout settings can be problematic. If I don't save often, I risk losing a lot of information and encountering stock discrepancies with parts booked out from stores.
