“Underutilized in Our facility
Pros
As an electrician and daily user, I appreciate the ability to scan a barcode and access machine data or submit a work request. The service history feature is valuable when filled out accurately. Although the training was lacking, I understand that Fiix is a robust program with many features we don't utilize in our facilities, which can be frustrating at times.
Cons
The current online PM reports with radio buttons are slow, and when working on the floor with dirty hands, electronics tend not to cooperate. This is more of an internal issue than a Fiix problem.

Pros
I particularly like the Work Order notification listing, which updates daily and displays the next PM or calibration due date for each asset/device set up in Fiix.
Cons
Updating scheduled maintenance can be tricky when "next due" dates are affected by varying month lengths. Additionally, some of the "Reports" options can be overwhelming in terms of correct and effective utilization.

Pros
The ease of use, simplicity, and availability of the mobile app make Fiix highly user-friendly.
Cons
The mobile app could use some new features. For example, once a task is saved on mobile, there's no way to go back and edit it unless I log onto a computer.

Pros
The dashboard overview provides a clear view of outstanding tasks and issues that need attention. The ability to link work orders and purchases to projects allows for accurate cost tracking. The notification system integrates smoothly with email, phone, and the Fiix inbox. The purchasing feature is relatively easy to use. although there are limitations once a purchase is out of draft mode.
Cons
The permission settings and page permissions are too complicated. When it comes to parts and supplies, I can't make changes or delete items tied to a location. In purchasing, I can't make edits after sending the order to the supplier. Sometimes quotes or service charges change, and I have to fulfill the order and then request to revert it back to a draft.

Pros
During the implementation phase, I'm getting the hang of the basic functions. As our company grows, theres tremendous potential for growth with Fiix.It might take us longer to fully utilize its capabilities than to outgrow them.
Cons

Pros
Fiix is incredibly easy to learn and use. The customizable search feature and filters make it a breeze to find anything, whether it's by asset number or user. The design is also appealing, with a clean and visually pleasing interface.
Cons
I'm not a fan of the fact that work orders can be edited even after they are closed. It would be helpful to have a log of changes made to a work order after it has been closed by a user. Additionally, the time can be confusing when running reports for overnight periods since it combines UK and Canadian time.

I find the widgets and gadgets particularly useful. Adding files, photos, and documents, as well as accessing the history of work orders, becomes effortless with Fiix. The filters also come in handy.
Cons
Unfortunately, I don't have the ability to create my own widgets or gadgets with personalized variables. Some variables in work orders are unused and unhelpful, and it would be better if they were removed. Additionally, certain widgets are difficult to comprehend.

Cons
The graphical presentation is lacking. Numbers should be visually represented with appropriate colors. When presenting monthly maintenance reviews, it's difficult to explain the existing graphical images to management. Using proper graphics would make the presentation much easier and quicker.
