I would love to see more features and quicker usability.

I encountered a few issues when transferring my data to Peachtree software.

Pros

The software is user-friendly and offers exporting capabilities to QuickBooks and Excel. It allows me to upload my logo, and the customer service is exceptional.

Cons

Software updates can be confusing at first, but the customer service is helpful.

It's starting to become overly complex. Both new and old customers have ideas for improving the software based on how they manage their operations or business.

The software never crashes, and everyone in the shop finds it easy to use. It provides ample options to accomplish what we need and effectively tracks time and inventory.

Setting up the software and making changes/updates to certain data can be a bit of a hassle. Inventory management could also be more intuitive and user-friendly.

After installing Realtrac and taking about three weeks to familiarize our employees with the process, our company was able to pay for the system in just one month! We regret not purchasing this system earlier. Real-time monitoring delivers real-time results!

Although the software is working well for us, we believe a few upgrades could make it even better.

Unfortunately, the software has not been able to run properly yet. I haven't experienced many pros.

I need to adjust some of my companys naming conventions to align with the software. There are multiple steps involved in entering a purchase order, planning, allocating materials, and releasing them. These steps are not intuitive and don't necessarily flow smoothly. Additionally the spreadsheet columns don't expand to display all the information within.

I appreciate the ability to customize work steps and attach files to jobs or part numbers.

Cons

The time card display is inaccurate and cannot be fixed, so we don't use it. When estimating bill or BOM items, theres no way to uniquely identify the per-unit cost based on associated quantity discounts from suppliers. The overall look and feel of the software and reporting sheets feel outdated as if they were developed in the late 90s.

Customer support requires enhancement, and it would be helpful to have pop up help tips when encountering issues with posting, exporting, or entering data, guiding the user on how to resolve the problem and proceed with the necessary function.

I am once again using Realtrac software in my new position. I have been using Realtrac since 1992, and it keeps getting better and better. The software is incredibly user-friendly, allowing anyone to learn quickly. It has always been fantastic for managing businesses of all sizes including people, work centers, inventory, and financials. It made my transition into my new job effortless after moving halfway across the country. It is definitely worth the investment, and the customer service is excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a manufacturing business solution.
