“Not so impressed

Pros

The Shop Screen is the only aspect that I find straightforward to navigate and use.

Cons

The inventory system is severely lacking, and job setup can be confusing. Setting up employees, workcenters, and workstations in the system is a nightmare. The reporting functionality is particularly disappointing, with minimal customization options.

Pros

I am not particularly satisfied with the software as we are encountering numerous issues.

Cons

The reports exported from Realtrac are of poor quality. Additionally, we have made numerous improvement requests, but many of them haven't been addressed.

Pros

The software offers a wide range of applications, generates useful reports, and impressively tracks data in "real" time updating every five seconds.

Cons

It would be great to have the ability to design and generate custom reports. Some reports lack certain data that is available in others.

Pros

The primary advantage is its ease of use but there are many other noteworthy features. I barely had to consult the manual to learn how to operate this software!

Cons

I wish the software had date sensitivity for inventory reporting and other "what if" scenarios. However I must say this is not a critical issue.
