The implementation was seamless, thanks to the easy to understand training received. Accessing all the data at our fingertips is amazing and maximizes efficiency.

Currently I do nott have any concerns to share. The tool has already provided significent value to our everyday operations, and we continue to learn from it.

Capturing downtime and collecting data for daily review ensures maximum efficiency on the shop floor and minimizes waste.

Cons

The sensors should cover the entire system from the start to the finish of the process to capture total yield and identify where waste is occurring in various parts of the system.

Pros

Personally, I enjoy how it brings out my competitive side, pushing me to achieve more "green" indicators. It also creates a friendly competition among machine operators to see who can achieve the highest percentage by the end of the day. It has also helped identify issues with the machine and areas that need attention to improve the run rate.

Cons

I have no cons with the system. My only concern is that my breaks are set by the system which is a company issue.

The fact that it is straightforward to use from a user perspective is a significant and essential aspect of Redzone.

There is nothing I dislike about the software it is quite intuitive to use

It's incredibly convenient to use and implement, and the results are efficient and quickly noticeable.

Through two implementations, I could not really find any negatives.

Pros

I appreciate how easily I can understand and relate to the issues happening on the shop floor. It gives a voice to associates, enabling realtime actions. It's also simple to see who's leading and lagging, motivating everyone to work harder for recognition.

Cons

The initial setup was a bit challenging due to the long lead time for the TVs and iPads as well as the installation process.

The labor tool has yet to be added which would allow us to capture manual location performance.

Implementing Redzone throughout the factory was a breeze. Users quickly learned the software, and with hand son coaching, the implementation was seamless. The true value of the software lies in its ability to transform cultures. It has significantly improved manufacturing performance, increased employee morale and engagement. The excessive amount of paperwork operators had to complete in the past is now a thing of the past, thanks to Redzone!

Cons

There isnot anything specifically wrong with this software. It is very intuitive and well-supported.

Forums, chats, and groups make cross functional collaboration across shifts a breeze. Redzone is easy to use and understand, with a plethora of features within the Productivity and Compliance Module. Realtime data helps frontline leaders identify areas that require support, enabling them to take action within the app to eliminate root causes. Data checks are beneficial for historical records and analytics.

Cons

Redzone should have more ways to visualize the data without relying on third party integration (Tableau). It would also be helpful to add external attachments like Word or PowerPoint to data sheets.

Pros

It's excellent for monitoring individual production lines, areas, and factories in realtime. It enables data driven improvements and serves as the ultimate communication tool. The coaching provided is exceptional in getting teams up to speed with the software.

Cons

Generating some reports from Tableau can be tricky.

Pros

Redzone has been instrumental in reducing time tasks consume. Previously, operators had to write everything down on paper, which was incredibly time consuming. It also fosters excellent communication across all levels and relevant departments, speeding up actions. The barcode reading feature is fantastic for ensuring accurate readings. Personally, I love the realtime data, which is crucial for compliance.

Cons

Sometimes there is a slight delay when the datasheet pops up (I'm unsure if it's a problem with Redzone or the internet connection). Additionally it lacks the ability to deselect non mandatory data items so the only solution is to add the N/A option.

The data is intuitive, providing visualized and actual insights into the production process, eliminating the need for traditional paper reports. It offers complete functions, improves kanban management, assists managers in problem identification and decision making. It's highly maintainable and allows for unique problem solutions customization.

Cons

It may be challenging for operators to get started with the software. Beginners need specific knowledge and experience to understand the logic of RedZone, which is not easy to grasp initially. However the coaching and support package works exceptionally well in addressing the mentioned issues.

There are still many features to discover,but carrying around a bulky iPad can be cumbersome.

Pros

Redzone is incredibly easy to use. Our staff faced no issues with the software, even with minimal training. It provides instant visibility into performance. The support from our Redzone coach was focused on shop floor support and rapid problem Solving.

Cons

We are using a conversion table but some screens still display performance in units. Furthermore, we should have the ability to import codes in bulk ourselves instead of relying on Redzone to do it for us

The seamless transition to a paperless system and the assistance in being audit ready are fantastic. The software's ability to be customized to fit existing procedures is simple and effective. The app is user friendly and easy to teach.

Cons

Although the app is highly customizable it does have its limitations.
