Pros
I really like the software's ease of use and the psychology behind implementing certain metrics. For instance, the maintenance portion of the software subconsciously teaches employees to proactively identify issues before they occur by using their senses to check machinery.
Cons
I wish the software was just as easily usable on Windows as it is on iOS.

Pros
What I like the most is how easily it can be used. It's both intuitive and innovative. The learning curve is minimal, and most users can start using it in no time.
Cons
While Redzone offers ample support when generating reports using Tableau I personally prefer being self reliant rather than relying on a Redzone coach to create or modify our reports. I did find it challenging to learn on my own although there are available classes at an additional cost.

Pros
I loved that the software focused on making things easier for operators. Having a coach onsite during the launch was fantastic, and they provided excellent guidance.
Cons
It can be frustrating and difficult to figure out the compliance check scheduling triggers especially for cleaning when dealing with a complex product matrix.

The entire Redzone approach is remarkable, with a wel structured plan that delivers solid results. From setup and implementation to coaching and kaizen events, everything flows smoothly when our company fully embraces the principles and applies them daily. Increasing our OEE week after week is a fantastic accomplishment that uplifts everyone, from top to bottom.
Cons
The inability to integrate with ERP systems is a limitation. Having this feature would make this solution the best in all aspects.

What I appreciate most is how accessible everything is with just a touch. I love that I can monitor activities from anywhere in the world and even make code adjustments from my iPad. The detailed history on the device helps hold people accountable for the quality of our products. This program streamlines operations for everyone involved, saving time and money. Redzone is truly customizable, allowing me to tailor it to best suit our company's needs.
Cons
I dislike that once a run is closed, the Run ID cannot be changed. Often operators select the wrong Run ID, but they produce the correct output. If the run is closed, I cannot edit the Run ID. However I can change it while the run is active. I don't want to change the data just the Run ID.

As an admin, setting up and utilizing Redzone is a breeze, thanks to its simplicity and user friendly interface. The system utilizes data from line sensors, minimizing the input required from the shop floor team. Having live data accessible on iPads is a gamechanger for us!
Cons
Currently, we have not set up Power BI or Tableau, so viewing reports within the app is not as easy as I would like. To dive into the data and explore details Power BI or Tableau is necessary.

Pros
While the product's user interface may appear overwhelming initially, it is actually straightforward to use. Its integration of production data with communication, RCPS, kaizens, and huddles is the core strength of this product.
Cons
User management could benefit from a better process for batch edits. While it can be done with the support team, it would be ideal if users could perform batch edits themselves. Additionally, integrating data across multiple sites could be improved, particularly for enterprises with a cross-regional scale and multiple sites. Managing this can be challenging, but overall, it is a great product.

Pros
We have implemented both the OEE and compliance modules, which have allowed us to utilize the generated data for improvement plans, boosting productivity, reducing downtime, and enhancing efficiency. The compliance aspect has enabled us to create a paperless production record system and automate check generation, making quality and production checks easier to complete. The ability to add verification, images, and automated data has reduced our workload and increased the value of our records. The setup and implementation process has been positive, with great support from the Redzone coaches and the wider support team. Redzone also facilitates communication across all levels of the business and tracks actions, visible from operators to management. I would definitely recommend this system to any company aiming to elevate OEE and compliance to the next level.
Cons
There is nothing specific to dislike about the software system it is a fantastic tool. Suggestions for improvement are acknowledged and appreciated but implementation often relies on other sites identifying the same need. Setting up the system can be laborious although it is well supported. The effort is worthwhile when you see the end result.

The philosophy behind the software is the real key, even more important than the software itself. The training team was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The ease of use, real time displays for the production team, and accurate loss tracking are significant benefits.
Cons
Some of the interface and philosophy have a very American approach, which does not always translate well in the UK. I felt that there weren't enough data capture points, making downtime faults heavily reliant on production staff inputting the correct data. I understand that iPads can only be used for RedZone, and other tablets requiring different software cannot be used on this device (contractor management, MMS).The amount of equipment and infrastructure required for the system to work can be significant.

Redzone has significantly simplified our team's tasks as we can now monitor the live performance of each plant and take action if the OEE drops. It has also made tracking our kaizen initiatives easier and supports the actions created throughout the process.
Cons
Due to sensor issues in our bakery, we still rely on operators for manual input. Additionally, we don't track our OEE in the correct manner.
