The outstanding aspect of the S2K software is its user-friendly nature, making training a breeze. When navigating through applications like AR, the system provides a dropdown menu to guide you to the next step. In case of confusion, you can access the income section to understand each line's purpose.

Cons

When Smart Center is open, accessing our website becomes inaccessible as they both run on the same program.

Cons

This product can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. We were able to configure the base system to fulfill 98% of our needs, and the remaining 2% was customized to our preferences. The project implementation remained within budget and met our time expectations.

Cons

S2K is a reliable and highly customizable ERP system. While customization is not necessary, as it already includes everything you need to follow best practices and meet your company's requirements, it continues to evolve and improve with each version.

Robust mid-market ERP solution

Pros

Most modules in S2K offer robust functionality, with the strongest performance in WMS and inventory management, in my opinion. It is a reliable software solution, consistently delivering solid performance.

Cons

The Finance modules are average, but it is worth noting that they have improved in subsequent releases compared to the version we have.

S2K is a mature product with a wide range of features. It eliminates the need for integrations since it covers a comprehensive set of modules within a single system.

Cons

It is not truly cloud software as it necessitates VPN access to their servers, which may require additional equipment purchases. The software operates on the robust IBM iSeries platform, but finding support can be challenging. Some of the screens appear outdated.

Pros

The platform is based on IBM midrange system, which I prefer over Windows for mission-critical applications. It is highly versatile and customizable. The licensing costs are affordable. The software provides good out-of-the-box functionality. Unlike other large ERP systems, you can easily reach a knowledgeable support representative via phone.

Cons

The MRP functionality could benefit from further enhancements, as it currently has limited capacity planning capabilities. Budgeting features are not the strongest.
