What I love the most is the ability to use the software directly as an Excel add-in. It's very accessible and works without affecting any other programs on the system.

Pros
Using it has been very helpful for me. It's very simple to use and hardly ever requires any admin attention. I've been teaching University and Manufacturing Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt classes with SigmaXL for years and my students really enjoy working with it. The customer support team is always quick to respond so I know I can rely on them whenever I need help. Their webinars and training sessions are excellent as well.
Cons
The only minor issue on my end is that I occasionally forget to turn on the Excel macros although I'm getting better about remembering it.
