“Worth the price”
Pros
Coming from other design tools, this platform felt very user-friendly to pick up and has been extremely useful for automation. One of the biggest advantages is the plugin support especially for bringing work from Photoshop into Celtra which makes it possible to use already finished KVs without having to redo everything just to create more versions from the same design. It's quick to work with and whenever questions come up, the support section is genuinely helpful. The best practices are explained clearly with images, examples and even videos so finding guidance is pretty simple.
Cons
Another really valuable feature is the AI-based percentage score for ad performance which helps identify what can be adjusted or improved to get a better rating. Honestly, it feels like a very complete platform and absolutely worth the price. There are no issues with it.

“Can create different versions of a creative copy”
Pros
Being able to create different versions of creative copy, test them and distribute them across multiple platforms for paid media and other channels is a really valuable feature.
Cons
The number of settings can make the platform feel a little overwhelming at times especially since the creative studio sits within the asset library.

“Saves a lot of time”
Pros
Working in it has been a really positive experience especially when handling multiple assets at once without slowing things down. The platform is set up in a way that saves a lot of time and the project organization makes even more complex campaigns much easier to keep under control. I also appreciate how asset optimization helps manage file sizes effectively. Overall, it feels convenient, practical and dependable and it's a tool I truly enjoy using.
Cons
There's very little I'd actually want changed though I recently came across one specific situation where I needed to match a text element exactly to a logo inside a very small asset. Because scaling doesn't allow decimal values, I had to finish that adjustment in Illustrator instead. That said, it was a pretty niche case and not something that comes up often.

“Helpful support team”
Pros
It is what I use to manage creatives for my paid media campaigns and it has been excellent for scaling, trafficking, translations and advanced ad serving features that can get pretty complex. The platform was simple to get up and running and the support team was incredibly helpful throughout the process.
Cons
Something that would make it even better is broader integration with social media platforms especially the ability to push ads directly to x.com.

“incredible support”
Pros
Their support team has been fantastic and the platform's UI flow feels very well thought out. It has also helped us improve our overall performance.
Cons
Catalog links expire by default which can cause problems when older products go live before we've had the chance to update the link expiration.

“Fast creative building”
Pros
Building and adjusting creatives across different formats is really simple. Reusable components are a huge time-saver especially on bigger campaigns where there are lots of different versions to manage.
Cons
Having to add formats manually for every campaign unless I'm duplicating an older file slows down the workflow. It would help a lot to have a preset list of ad sizes, ideally grouped by country like DK, FI, NO and SE.

“They are always there for me”
Pros
Getting the creative team up to speed was quick because the interface feels very user-friendly and simple. Whenever any issues have come up, the support team has been consistently available and very involved in helping us sort them out.
Cons
The biggest limitation for me is the missing Adobe integration. The platform would be much more useful and relevant if it could export assets as PSD or Figma files.

“Team values feedback”
Pros
I think it has been incredibly useful for building global performance marketing creative assets at scale. It lets me templatize variations across different channels in more than thirty country markets which is essential when I'm handling a high volume of work with limited resources. Being able to create master templates and quickly generate new creative versions and A/B testing adaptations is a huge advantage for producing structured, scalable creatives faster. The interface feels user-friendly and the content feed feature is especially helpful for populating templates quickly. I've also gotten a lot of value from the AI assistant and workflow tools for creating fresh adaptations and concept variations. Another feature I really appreciate is the newer Google Sheets API connection which lets non-designers build new templates without needing to work inside Celtra directly making asset creation much more accessible. On top of that, getting started with it is fairly simple because the UI is well designed and the website offers plenty of short, useful resource sections that make learning the setup process quick. The creative studio is another nice convenience when preparing design files. One of the best parts though, is that they clearly listen to users and adjust the tools based on feedback, with regular conversations about improvements that often end up on their roadmap.
Cons
Creative scoring worked well for me. A lot of the concept designs I create come back without a rating because the system says it isn't sure what to compare them against. I'd also really like to see better audio and video editing in the timeline section. Right now, it's not possible to trim footage or move elements around on the timeline and having that functionality would make the tool much more useful.

“Essential part of my workflow”
Pros
It is part of my daily workflow because it gives us a complete set of ad creation tools for mobile, tablet, desktop and CTV. It really cuts down production time since my design team can move from a brief to a live campaign in just a few days using the drag-and-drop builder. On top of that, it works well as a central place to manage, search and report on everything tied to a campaign, including performance metrics, creative references and templates. Their support team has also been excellent, very quick to respond and always focused on finding a solution. When there is no immediate fix, they escalate it to the tech team and look into building a better solution later on. Getting started was simple too, thanks to the onboarding resources and the helpful support page.
Cons
A few of the preview features feel a bit dated. For example, there is no true in-situ preview experience and instead it uses grey lines to mimic a website or app environment. I'd really like to have a dropdown for web or app views, along with a small set of industry verticals such as fashion, auto or news so it would be possible to see how an ad actually appears in those settings.

“Helpful for animating our ads”
Pros
This tool has been especially helpful for animating all of our ads. One of the best parts is that it follows the same general logic as other animation tools especially Adobe After Effects so moving animations created there into it feels very natural and the results stay consistent. That has been a big advantage for us because clients often send over very complex animation requests and most of the ads we produce are heavily focused on motion. Another thing it handled really well is the support page. Even someone completely new can get up to speed without too much trouble. Overall, it feels like an extremely powerful tool.
Cons
An area that still feels behind is the builder UI which comes across as a bit outdated. Some of the editing tools could definitely be positioned better with a refreshed layout. It would also save a lot of time if multiple elements could be cropped at once especially when building micro-animations with lots of separate pieces. Having to crop every single item one by one can get pretty tedious. Since most of the creative work happens inside the builder, there's definitely room for some useful UI improvements there.

“clear navigation”
Pros
Found it to be userfriendly and everything is laid out clearly so it's simple to find what you need. The variety of components is also really helpful and they're user-friendly to use which saves a lot of time compared to coding everything from scratch.

“Produce high-quality work”
Pros
Creating automated content in it feels very user-friendly and it's possible to produce high-quality work without much hassle. Even when generating a large number of assets, the platform still maintains the quality instead of compromising it.
Cons
Once the content feed starts filling up with more items, the Celtra page tends to crash. Even with files that aren't especially large, loading issues can happen and sometimes content that was already placed gets moved or deleted.

“exceptional graphic design tools”
Pros
Coming from a more technical background, I really appreciate that it offers creative and graphic design tools that still feel accessible to someone like me. I can build designs that look polished and high-end, almost like they were made in Adobe applications. Sharing assets with stakeholders is also much more convenient since previews can be sent directly without exporting files first. Making updates is fast too because I don't have to dig through countless layers just to change something. The automated text resizing and auto layout features work very well which lets us use a single design file across many different content formats and text lengths.
Cons
Project file management still feels a bit underdeveloped from a user experience standpoint. When you have a large number of projects in the system, it can be pretty easy for things to get lost. I'd also like to see more export options for assets especially for non-display or social use cases such as vector files. On top of that, setting up a template can be fairly complicated if you want auto layout and text resizing to function properly. A built-in template library would really help because right now you're basically starting with a blank canvas and have to create everything from scratch.

“Makes it simple to review work”
Pros
Creating and adapting content in it feels very simple and the editing and sharing process works well too. As a client, that makes it simple for me to review the work and send feedback back to my agency.
Cons
It would be even better if it added video production with audio, more dynamic transitions, stronger templates and more customization options. That would make the final adapted assets easier for my agency to produce and ultimately lead to better results for me as the client.

“Valuable guidance from the team”
Pros
Managing projects and teams is a lot easier with it in the mix. It's particularly valuable for how well mobile rich media performs across phones and tablets. The UI is simple to navigate which takes a lot of friction out of building creative assets. Their customer support has also been excellent and the guidance and training they provide have played a big role in helping us create custom sets that really stand out.
Cons
Adding third-party trackers and tags during the build stage can be more complicated than it should be. Setting up rules and measurement checks for creative QA also tends to feel more involved than necessary.

“Feels approachable”
Pros
Even without a design background, it feels very approachable and simple to work with. One of its biggest strengths is how reliably it delivers campaigns exactly the way they were built which makes the platform especially appealing. It also gives internal teams across different departments, along with outside contributors, access to their own creative assets so collaboration feels much more smooth. On top of that, we're able to build dynamic, engaging ads with interscroller units that keep clients interested and consistently lead to successful outcomes.
Cons
What's lacking in it is a fast-response team for handling incidents. The pricing is also higher than it should be and feels unnecessarily limiting which pushes some practitioners to create their own solutions instead of fully buying into the platform. That hesitation has only grown as alternatives like In-Housing continue to gain momentum in the digital marketing space.

“Makes for efficient collaboration”
Pros
Working from one shared creative foundation has made collaboration across teams and markets much more efficient. With a single creative set that everyone can build from, there's better alignment, less duplicated work and local markets can move faster while still adapting execution to fit their own needs.
Cons
Creative weights aren't always obvious right away and often only become visible during trafficking. It has improved but making that information easier to find earlier in the asset build process would cut down on friction and help avoid last-minute changes.

“Improves speed and quality of creative production”
Pros
It brings a very innovative approach for businesses that want to improve both the speed and quality of creative production for display marketing. It gives us the flexibility to build unique solutions for clients based on specific brand needs, while still maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity. The platform also helps fill an important gap for clients that do not have in-house creative teams to manage display marketing. On top of that, it includes powerful creative analytics so users can track and evaluate performance to make sure their creatives are delivering the intended results. Overall, Celtra is an excellent option for businesses aiming to scale creative production without sacrificing quality. I would definitely recommend it.
Cons
A few limitations are worth noting: not every format is compatible with RTB and creatives cannot be exported. There are also times when a creative inside the builder does not look exactly the same as it does in the live environment, probably because of differences in screen ratio and the address bar which does not appear in the preview.
