“flexible branding and free plan”
Pros
This tool offers a very generous free plan with barely any limitations. Putting emails and forms together is easy and the platform walks you through everything step by step with drag-and-drop tools. It also gives you plenty of control to fully brand your communications with your own logos, text, images and colors. Updating data is simple and it connects well with other products and services.
Cons
The drag-and-drop blocks do shift around a little at times although it's not too hard to work around. Setting up integrations can also be a bit fiddly now and then.

“Great value for email campaigns”
Pros
Really good value for running email marketing campaigns. After I got past the initial learning curve, it became much easier to use. It's been a very useful way to keep customers updated on what I'm offering.
Cons
It did take me a little time to get comfortable with the interface since I'd never used email marketing for my business before.

“campaign setup and clear analytics”
Pros
Setting up campaigns in it feels really easy and the analytics tools are simple to understand and use. That makes it much easier to make informed decisions about what to do next.
Cons
The automation side could still be stronger. It has improved a lot but you can tell the platform was not originally built with automation as a primary focus.

“powerful donor tools”
Pros
Getting started is simple and the platform gives access to plenty of tools that help with donor management, donor segmentation and running marketing campaigns effectively.
Cons
A few features are locked behind a subscription but the free version still works really well for smaller nonprofits.

“reliable platform but pricey for agencies”
Pros
Few email marketing platforms feel as dependable as this one and that probably comes from how long they've been around. On top of that, they offer Mandrill for transactional emails which is a great addition. There are also plenty of tools and integrations available.
Cons
From an agency perspective, the pricing setup is hard to justify. They made pre-paid credits expire after a year and the list-based plans don't really offer good value unless you're sending frequent, high-volume emails. If you run campaigns occasionally for different clients, the costs add up fast and become too expensive unless your sending volume is massive. For end users though, the pricing is a different story and probably feels more reasonable which seems to be the kind of customer they're focusing on now.

“clean analytics and integrations”
Pros
Interface feels clean and easy, with useful tools and analytics that make it clear to see what's performing well and what isn't. I also appreciate that it connects with the other applications and services our team already uses.
Cons
The pricing feels pretty high for what is essentially a mass email tool especially for an organization like ours that sends messages to fewer than 2,000 people.

“Simple interface!!”
Pros
The interface feels very simple and even someone with no marketing background can put together visually attractive campaigns without much trouble.
Cons
Free plan is pretty limited and once your contact list starts growing or you need more advanced features, it can become somewhat expensive.

“tagged campaigns that deliver”
Pros
Being able to organize contacts with tags and send email blasts without handling everything manually has been a huge plus. It also lets me track how well each campaign performs which makes follow-up and planning much better.
Cons
One thing that's frustrating is the pricing keeps going up across the different plans and it also charges for inactive contacts that are still sitting in the system.

“helpful for targeted campaigns”
Pros
it worked well for sending regular marketing emails to a specific audience. It let me share information consistently while also helping encourage more engagement from that group.
Cons
It was fairly user friendly overall but I remember Constant Contact being easier to navigate. That part was a bit disappointing since it didn't feel quite as simple to use.

“endless list capacity”
Pros
One of the best things about it was how much space it gave me for my email list. It honestly felt like there was no limit.
Cons
I never really ran into any issues with it but I also wasn't using it for much beyond managing my email list and sending out campaigns.

“flexible email targeting”
Pros
Being able to send emails in bulk is really useful. I can also choose exactly who should receive them and who should be left out without much hassle. On top of that, the platform is fairly easy to navigate.
Cons
The interface could be better especially when it comes to editing emails and handling that kind of setup. Still, it does what I need it to do.

“beginner-friendly newsletter setup”
Pros
Getting started with newsletter publishing feels very approachable with this especially if you're new to it. The starting cost is also quite affordable which makes it a good option when you're just beginning.
Cons
As your contact list grows and you send more emails, the price does go up. That's understandable though.

“Great tool for campaigns!!”
Pros
Customer journeys, segmentation and A/B testing make it much simpler to target the right audience, while the drag-and-drop builders and integrations help keep campaigns consistent and easy across applicant, parent and partner lists without needing much design work.
Cons
Costs go up as contact lists grow and more features are added and the more advanced automation is locked behind higher-tier plans. Support can also be inconsistent during busy times which makes budgeting harder and delays campaign fixes when something needs quick attention.

“It makes campaigns simple”
Pros
Creating, customizing, sending and tracking email campaigns with it doesn't take any technical know-how. The drag-and-drop editor makes the whole process easy and being able to monitor email performance through the analytics and reporting tools is probably the part I value most.
Cons
it is the most complete email marketing platform I've used yet its features still don't feel overwhelming when it comes to customizing things and actually using them.

“excellent value and landing pages”
Pros
This solution has been excellent value for the money and pretty easy to use. The landing page works perfectly for every project I've used it on and once everything is collected in the system, managing the data becomes incredibly simple.
Cons
I really don't have any downsides to point out although I should mention that I only used it for a few months before my company decided to go in a different direction with the software.

Pros
It's been a really useful tool for running email campaigns and it also includes great templates. It does a good job of tracking results efficiently too.
Cons

“Convenient email builder”
Pros
Creating emails feels very simple thanks to the drag-and-drop editor so it is especially beginner-friendly. Having multiple automation options makes it simple to build out a lot of different funnels and the integrations help connect everything much more easily.
Cons
Quite a few useful features sit behind higher-priced plans and if you want more advanced customization some coding is still required. The pricing also starts to add up as your subscriber list gets bigger.

“powerful campaigns and landing pages”
Pros
We relied on it for bulk email marketing and it worked really well for sending mass emails and running email campaigns. It's very user-friendly and the landing page feature is excellent too.
Cons
Managing the data can get a little tedious once you start handling a lot of campaigns. The UI is quite good overall but it can feel a bit confusing when you're first getting started.

“fantastic templates and tagging”
Pros
Getting started with this platform was pretty easy since it's simple and mostly self-explanatory. The Tags feature makes it simple to organize my contacts the way I need to. I can quickly tell who has unsubscribed and which email addresses are no longer valid. The click-through tracking is also really useful because it shows me which emails my customers are engaging with the most. The interface is great overall although it does take a little time to get familiar with some of the wording. The templates are a big plus and it's simple to create emails in different styles while still making them look polished and professional. I'm currently using the free version and it does everything I need right now but I'd definitely move to the paid version in the future if necessary because my experience has been very positive.
Cons
There's a bit of a learning curve with the terminology they use. For example, understanding the difference between Templates, Plain Text and Regular emails took some getting used to. The landing page after I log in also feels a little odd. Maybe that's just because I'm on the free plan but I have to click tiny text hidden in the corner on the right just to get back to my hub.
