“real-time stats on mobile”
Pros
Having a mobile app has been the biggest plus for me since it lets you manage all the content you create and check real-time statistics whenever you need to.
Cons
The only drawback I can point out is that the software itself isn't available in Spanish although when creating your content you can translate it into Spanish which is very helpful.

“Complete email marketing solution”
Pros
Running a business mailing list with this app has been really easy. The interface is clean and simple to work with and the free tier honestly covers everything a small to mid-sized business would typically need. The email builder makes it possible to create polished marketing emails and the automation tools make sending them out much more efficient. It also connects very well with websites, including WordPress which is a big plus. With its site and store integrations, it can automatically send emails when someone leaves items in their cart, completes a purchase and after plenty of other customer actions.
Cons
A lot of the more advanced functionality is reserved for the premium plan. That said the features included in the free version already feel like more than enough for managing a standard mailing list.

“Growing businesses get great value”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how much the free version includes compared with other platforms. It gives access to a lot of features that competitors usually lock away which makes it possible to keep growing with the platform as your needs expand. We use it for general email campaigns with different list segments, lead pages, parts of our website and even within our sales pipeline because the campaign builder is very simple to work with.
Cons
For what we need, it covers everything well. Both on the free plan and the paid version, we haven't run into any situation where we felt limited by a missing feature.

“Flexible platform with useful integrations”
Pros
There's a great range of features here and the number of integrations is a big plus. The free tier gives you a real opportunity to test the functionality and get a feel for the email-sending workflow before committing. Moving over from another newsletter platform, or exporting to a different one later, is handled pretty well. Adding subscription widgets to a website is also easy.
Cons
A lot of the product is marketed as simple and user-friendly when it doesn't really feel that way in practice. The email template builder isn't very simple and the way things are divided between campaigns was pretty confusing at the beginning. On top of that, the pricing for what most users would consider basic no longer feels reasonable or competitive compared with other options on the market.

“Affordable and WordPress-friendly”
Pros
It works really well with WordPress sites and gets up and running quickly when you're just setting up the basics. If you want to do more advanced work, you'll need a paid plan but even then it's still one of the most affordable options out there.
Cons
Once you move beyond the basics, things start to feel unnecessarily complicated and a bit convoluted, or maybe the UX just doesn't match the way I prefer to work. You also need a paid subscription to really unlock its full potential although it's still cheaper than most alternatives.

“One of my favorite marketing tools”
Pros
This has become one of my favorite email marketing platforms. The standout part for me is the range of templates it offers. Users can also build their own email templates and landing pages which is a huge advantage because it lets you customize everything to fit your business or agency. Another really useful feature is being able to add multiple email databases which helps a lot when setting up sales funnels. The reporting tools are fantastic as well. They track opens, clicks, where those clicks are coming from and other details that make things much easier to manage. It also connects with tools like Slack, Canva, WordPress and Zapier.
Cons
One downside is that the terms and conditions seem to change often and some parts can be hard to understand. Adding emails into the database can also feel pretty confusing at times.

“Great for professional marketing”
Pros
Setting up email automations around events and triggers has been really useful for building a great audience base. It helps small businesses and organizations look much more professional even when they don't have the budget for a dedicated marketing team or expensive software. The landing page builder is also simple to work with. We've put together several pages for different customer personas to improve conversion rates and it has been very effective for that.
Cons
Free version doesn't let you connect landing pages to a custom domain. There's also no option to export the landing page as HTML/CSS which makes it harder to move everything to your own website. On top of that, the design tools could be more simple. Some blocks and templates come with limitations so customization isn't as flexible as it could be.

“Easy migration with useful reporting”
Pros
After inheriting an old email list that had been sitting around for years, I was able to convert it to a CSV and move everything over without much trouble. Even on the basic free plan, the available tools feel easy yet still quite capable for the cost. The statistical reporting is especially useful and is one of the features I appreciate most.
Cons
Default style options are a bit restrictive and they may not come across as very unique from a design standpoint. While importing our old email list, we were also concerned about the risk of the account being banned because of a high number of bounces and the general impression is that once that happens, getting the account back is very unlikely.

“Reliable inbox placement every time”
Pros
I've been using this platform for the past three years and it has been really useful for my WordPress site. One of the biggest benefits is that my emails consistently land in the inbox when I use this service. The built-in templates are also very practical since they can be adapted easily based on different needs. I'm genuinely thankful to the team for creating such a helpful software.
Cons
Most of the features are excellent and very useful for email marketing so I don't have any major complaints. My only suggestion would be to introduce special pricing or package options for students.

“Built for startups and scaling teams”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is the way the platform supports its foundation by offering free custom space and the ready-made pages they provide make getting started much quicker. It's a great mailing platform overall and the reporting tools are pretty decent as well. It works well for startups but it also feels capable enough for larger companies that need to send huge volumes of emails. On top of that, the tools are fairly easy and seem simple enough to organize once you begin using them.
Cons
There are a lot of features packed into the system and it can become confusing especially if you want to use the more advanced options. It definitely needs more training or guidance for users trying to get deeper into the platform. I'd also like to see more features focused on promoting the newer area, along with stronger support to help improve what has already been created and migrated.

“Bulk emailing made effortless”
Pros
Being able to send thousands of emails at once is easily my favorite part of this software. Instead of breaking campaigns into batches of 100 or fewer, I can upload all of our prospective client addresses, hit send and be done with it. That saves a lot of time and cuts out extra hassle. It also includes tools to create polished, attractive emails which helps us make a professional first impression on recipients.
Cons
One thing I wish it offered is the option to add more email volume to a plan without having to upgrade for extra features I don't really need. Sometimes that makes things a bit more complicated although it's not a major problem. At the same time, I do understand why they structure it this way since it's clearly part of their upsell strategy.

“Fast setup at a fair price”
Pros
Getting campaigns up and running doesn't take much effort and the cost of sending emails is very reasonable. Setting everything up is easy, importing existing email lists is pretty simple and the hosted forms are a nice bonus for collecting email signups directly from a website.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about since the pricing is very competitive compared with similar email marketing platforms. If anything, the interface could look a bit more polished.

“Quick learning curve and great value”
Pros
It took almost no time to learn. I've connected it with several different programs and it fits right into whatever platform I'm working with. The setup is fast, the learning curve is minimal and I was already collecting emails on my personal blog within about 45 minutes. Another thing I appreciate is the tiered pricing which makes it realistic even for very small startups to afford.
Cons
Lately, the pricing structure seems to have changed a bit and customer service has given me mixed messages when I've tried to get clarification. Another frustration is how quickly an account can be taken down after a complaint comes in, leaving you to prove your side afterward. It doesn't feel like they take the time to hear both parties before acting.

“Personalized campaigns that convert”
Pros
Creating email templates and sending bulk emails feels really effective here especially since I can still personalize each message by using placeholders like *|FNAME|* in the email body. That makes the emails feel much more personal instead of generic. I also appreciate being able to track who opened my email and who clicked on links because it gives me a better sense of engagement. Adding buttons into emails is another feature I really value since it helps customers jump right into shopping. Contact tagging has also been very useful whenever I want to send messages to a specific segment of people. On top of that, being able to build lead pages or landing pages with forms makes it easier to bring in new subscribers.
Cons
One issue I've run into with the Android app is that when I add a new contact, the first and last name sometimes don't save, or the field gets cleared after I add a tag. On the free plan, I also don't like being limited to just one group. Another thing I wish it handled better is recipient search since I can't look up specific people by name and send them an email that way. On the positive side, I do appreciate that customers can unsubscribe from emails on their own without needing to contact me directly.

“Connects easily with business tools”
Pros
One of the best parts of this system is how well it connects with the other tools we already rely on for the business. It works with our payment processor, website, CRM, project management platform and several other systems too. The analytics are also very useful because they give me a quick snapshot of how my emails performed.
Cons
Uploading contact information could definitely be better since it doesn't let me include details like company name, job title, or even the state someone is in. It's also not overly difficult to use but there was still a bit of a learning curve and I'm not totally confident that I'm taking full advantage of everything it offers.

“Generous plans for growing businesses”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how generous the freemium option is especially for an individual user or small business. Being able to send up to 10,000 emails a month to 200 recipients without paying is a great offer and the paid plans are flexible enough to match just about any stage of growth, $25/month for 2,500 subscribers, $75 for 10,000 and $129 for 15,000. At that point, if your list is already that large, spending around a hundred dollars feels pretty reasonable for what you get. More importantly, the platform is easy to work with, it does what it promises and the overall design looks really polished.
Cons
My biggest issue is that, despite being fairly user-friendly overall, a few tasks feel much more complicated than they should be. Setting up automated follow-up emails based on clicks, opt-ins and similar actions was harder than expected. That seems tied to the workflow interface which feels like it may have missed some functionality or was designed in a way that makes those advanced steps less simple. I eventually got help from tech support once I became a paying customer and that gave me the sense that the product is built to offer a strong free experience while reserving some of the more advanced features and guidance for users who are ready to pay and fully invest in the platform.

“Affordable start with room to grow”
Pros
Pricing is really appealing for someone just getting started especially with the free 2000 included at the beginning. Social media integration is a nice bonus and the template editor is excellent to work with.
Cons
There isn't much guidance or many tutorials for setting up some specific campaigns, like RSS for example. Automation also feels limited since quite a few processes could still be fully automated. On top of that, the Contacts/Audience list can feel a bit messy to manage.
